We were very pleased with all of the exceptional attention we received from the friendly & accommodating staff.
We had to move from our original room due to difficulty in walking long distances to the lobby. The staff gave us an excellent room to move into, closer to the entertainment, the restaurant & the lobby.
We were very satisfied.

Loved the location of the hotel - we could walk to the beach and walk to some great restaurants. We loved our balcony off of our room where we could sit and chat, read, meditate. They provided yoga mats in the rooms so that I could do a few stretches on my own before starting the day. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing information for getting to places, and giving us ideas on where to explore and where to eat etc..

Best part of the island!
Best part of the island! Long difficult road to drive from the airport- about 40 miles but takes about two hours. Do not recommend driving the pothole ridden and steep roads during dark. Gros Islet is absolutely beautiful- very laid back, relaxing, safe, and had everything you need for a great family vacation. All beaches are public access, so you can go to any "resort" beach as long as you do not use the beach furniture or umbrellas- they cannot kick you off the beach.

The area near and around Bay Gardens Beach Resort was a very good area. Lots of amenities at this Resort and the staff was excellent. My only concern were the food portions. As an adult I'd like adult portions instead of kid portions at mealtime. Aside from that, this is a GREAT Resort to vacation at. The Water Park in front of the Resort was definitely a plus for the people with kids. I didn't use the Park but if I were traveling with my family who has kids, they would've been out in the water at the Park from early in the morning to late at night.

Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home .
Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home . Angelika made me felt very welcome and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. IE taking me around when needed and if she couldn’t put me on to the people or person who could . Mark also gave me the sense that there was no task you could not ask of him . Didn’t need to because the place and my stay was perfect
The location was spot on. A partial sea view in front of us and the mountains behind. Because St Lucia is surrounded by mountains we always had a lovely breeze outside our room from the hallway. Th staff were always friendly and polite. They always said hello when they saw us. The maids and ground staff and maintenance were particularly friendly and always struck up a conversation. The front desk staff were also wonderful and accommodating.
The room was large and spacious, and the complex had a variety of pools and great cocktails.
We really loved the staff and especially the ones at the bar. We loved the different pool locations too. We also really enjoyed the music and different activities that we could enjoy at night. We actually loved housekeeping services and the room service was fabulous. Food was okay and typical hotel food. Over all is was very romantic and so perfect for couples. We did the romantic dinner on the beach and it was a nice experience for us and the food the chef cooked was AMAZING.
This is a beautifully run place. Everything exceeds expectations. The staff is super friendly. The service is impeccable. The restaurants are good to very good. I had a room with a beautiful view of the Caribbean. The beach is gorgeous. They have activities at the resort, but I did a number of outings such as to climb Mt. Premat, two boat rides, the market in Castries and the street party in Gros Islet. I love beautiful St. Lucia, and the resort is as good as can be.
This is a terrific little hotel founded and run by the locals. It's extremely clean, with beautiful exterior, nice sized rooms and all the amenities you might and might not expect (like for example a courtesy room which you can use to shower after your post-check out splashing in their pool). The buffet breakfast is simply amazing, with lots of tasty local offerings which will keep you going until dinner. Reduit Beach is very close and snorkeling is excellent.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kay Nou. The apartment was great - everything we needed. The pool area and BBQ were really lovely, we enjoyed 3 BBQ's during our stay. The view from the apartment is amazing - tropical, and the sea view from the pool is really stunning. Hazel and Colin were wonderful hosts, imparting lot's of useful information and tips. If I ever return to St Lucia I will be sure to stay here again!
Loved the location, quiet, safe and well to do area, 10-15 minutes walk from the Rodney bay town centre, but there are also restaurants right next to hotel. Good beach 5 minutes walk. Extremely lovely staff, bedroom was excellent, super comfortable bed, bathroom, balcony, yoga studio, yummy vegan homemade breakfast, tv with YouTube, Netflix, fridge, air conditioning..
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, that and the beautiful gardens made the hotel really stand out. The breakfasts are plentiful and varied. The free shuttle service is a real bonus - we used it a lot to get to and from the beach, where we got free sunbeds and umbrellas. The wifi password is Welcome to Paradise, and that pretty much sums it up.
Joycelyn was a fantastic host, helped us get around and took us out to local places for the first couple of nights as we was new to St Lucia. She made us good meal and she even made me a lovely ginger tea when I was feeling a bit sick. She's a great laugh and so down to Earth. We had fun here and made some good memories. Thanks Joyce x
Amazing, modern facilities and food! I continue to dream about the amazing vegan food there:)) even though I am not vegan. It was super healthy and delicious. Everything was sparkling clean. Our patio was visited by birds constantly, it was paradise . We loved the serene vibe of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa, the best view, very beautiful view of the hotel is integrated with the beach, the bed size is large, the bathroom is clean, the staff service is very friendly, I recommend it
