The hotel is located in the beautiful Seoraksan Mountain, where the mysterious hot spring water changes color five times a day. The value of this hotel is the hot spring water that rises like gas. That alone makes me want to visit here again next time. The hotel facilities seem to have been repainted, but they still smell, and I don't know much about the service because I didn't receive it, and the staff doesn't seem friendly. If you don't go with special expectations, you can get by just fine.

The staff were very welcoming and offered us more comfortable rooms than we originally booked. They were receptive to our needs and helped us switch rooms in the middle of our stay, as well. They even let us use their washing machines.
