I really enjoyed my stay in the Urban, the staff was very kind and friendly, I was always welcomed with a cold towel and a delicious cold cinnamon tea, the room was clean and big enough, fast WiFi and nice swimming pool too, the location is very convenient near the main street and restaurants but no too close to hear all the noise from pub street, just perfect. Can’t talk enough about the staff always with a big smile, ready to help if I need transportation or something else, I felt like home. Highly recommend it.

Wow, such a beautiful stay. The property grounds were amazing. From the beginning, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. We were offered cold towels and a welcome drink. Our bags were taken up to our room as we went to the museum to explore before check in. The room was very spacious and large. Incredibly clean. I also loved the balcony. I was able to order room service shortly after the kitchen closed which was so nice of them! I cannot stop raving about how kind everyone at the hotel was. Really the best service and a fantastic price. I highly recommend staying there. They also offered free tuktuk service pick up from bus station! Also, we were offered a map when we first arrived and I’m sure they would’ve helped booking any tours if necessary. We had a sunrise tour of Siem reap and we had breakfast boxes prepared for us ! The location posed no problems.

This is one of my best stay in Cambodia so far. Hotel staff were super friendly. And the room was very big. Maybe I got an upgrade, The room was clean and neat. The hotel staff were super friendly and hospitality was amazing plus the excellent services to meet our requests, breakfast was delicious and the spa was divine. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, fast response when communicating with hotel, free tuk tuk transport from CDF. Room: price relatively inexpensive, good ability to regulate air conditioning, good wifi, no real problems with shower (water on the cooler side), there is a shower curtain in bathtub so you don't get the bathroom floor all wet, availability of drinking water. Location: proximity to inexpensive restaurants (restaurant prices on Pub street much higher than prices on the street where the hotel is located; recommend fish amok at Cambodia Khmer Taste Restaurant across the street)

Not only we're the staff extremely responsive to my questions, but when I arrived, they had spelled my name with flower petals on the bed! It's these little touches that makes this place so great! And for the price, you just can't beat it! With a restaurant in house, a pool, and anything else you'd need just waking distance down the street, this hotel is heaven on earth!

Very welcoming escape, perfect for those seeking peace, relaxation and budge hotel. With its quiet atmosphere and warm, attentive staff, every guest feels right at home. The hotel itself isn't not very new but very clean, providing a comfortable environment. We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the lovely pool. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk from town, makes it convenient for exploring local attraction while still offering a tranquil retreat at the end of the day.
