We liked everything about the property! The host, Marie, was so friendly & helpful … looked after us really well. The rooms were lovely & clean … at a much better standard than we’ve seen elsewhere in Cambodia! The swimming pool area and restaurant were beautifully done.

The view was beautiful. Sunset, ocean and mountain ⛱️ 🌄 🌇
Punchbag for training is a nice touch.
I loved the wicker beach design in the room, real late 1980s.
Staff(pretty dark haired woman)here was the only person who asked me each day how I was. Good to have follow up and show customer care.

This place is a little slice of heaven! Good sized bungalows set amongst a fabulous lush garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool is clean and refreshing.
Location is very close to the crab market and national park. However getting around Kep, regardless of where you stay might need a bike or tuk tuk.
I will be back again!

It's a very quiet town , the sea food is some of the best I've ever had and very cheap for what it is.
It's not party town so if you want to go for that stick to Thailand.

I loved Kep. We stayed here for 2 days, 1 night. Went to the beach, enjoyed crab at the local restaurants and explored the national park. Kep is a beautiful little seaside village with lots to do. You could easily stay longer than we did.

Quiet little town with no real center.
Quiet little town with no real center. Better staying in the area of the crab market as there is absolutely nothing on the side of the jetty where you take the boat to go to rabbit island.
New restaurant right on the beach "the wave" is really really nice.
It is great to walk in the national park and definitely to spend a day or 2 on Rabbit island. Avoid the "Butterfly farm" as there were NO butterflies at least when we went there.

Kep has always been our go to place for the coast in Cambodia. Nice breezes, adequate beach, sailing when I am up for it.
The Nature preserve up the hill, the pepper plantations and salts flats worth visiting.
The crab is always great and fish as well. Dining on the water and watching the crab fishermen come and go is a great break from Phnom Penh.
As an experience we recommend trying the train from Phnom Penh to Kep at least once. You get to see a lot more of the country side than on the bus.

Of all the cities and villages we went to in Cambodia, Kep...
Of all the cities and villages we went to in Cambodia, Kep was definitely one of our favourites. It was very quiet when we were there (Tuesday thru Saturday), we heard it gets busier on the weekends but can’t really say for sure. It was easy to walk around, there’s a large and beautiful national park that starts in town, the bay, just so many lovely things. Visit the crab market and then go eat. Aim to be at one of the restaurant patios for sunset and crab dinner, freshly caught.
This hotel was so nice and peaceful to stay in. We ended up for two days mostly being at the pool but the first night we had dinner at the hotel restaurant. We had crab curry and salad. Really delightful and prepared so well. The swimming pool had to be the highlight of the trip really so we spent the most time just enjoying the pool, with cold beverages or just swimming. The walk to the beach is quite easy so we walked the final day to the beach and then walked down a bit.
It was an amazing stay. Centrally located at Kep beach, with less then a minute walk.
Staff of the hotel was absolutely incredible, and helpful. They let us leave the luggage for a few days and gave all the needed tips for traveling to Rabbit Island.
And in the end, they asked a bus company to pick us up from the hotel, instead of the regular meeting place , that was 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and has all you need for the stay.
Recommended!!!
This is a great place for an unhurried stay in a natural environment. Hidden away amongst the trees with chickens running free in the garden and the occasional visit from monkeys there is always entertainment. A good breakfast available from early morning until past midday adds to the charm. Coming from a boutique resort hotel this was a very different experience but very enjoyable when you relax into it. A great place if you believe in low impact sustainable tourism.
Cozy wooden cabins surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very spacious so you hardly notice that other guests are there. The pool is large and very clean.Nice sunbeds and chairs around it. Excellent breakfast.
And then the owners..... very kind and welcoming. They can arrange motorbike rental, tuk-tuk rides and give info about things to see in the area.
I recommend this hotel very much for a few relaxing days in Kep.
A lovely stay at Raingsey - we very much enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the resort, the pool/grounds, chatting with the hospitable owner and staff. We also loved the live music at Kep Natural on a Sat evening. Staff are very helpful in arranging transport for outings.
Breakfast was great, good options and plentiful. Cocktails were great and the craft beer on tap an unexpected bonus!
The bedroom is surrounded by vegetation (at the entrance of the national park), spacious, super comfy with an amazing sea view and lots of natural light, Bathroom is very clean and that was probably the best shower I have had in 12 years in Cambodia! Buffet breakfast is a killer and I took 2kg in 3 days! My dog was accepted by the hotel, which is very good too!
Very friendly and helpful staff and manager. Very beautiful and well maintained place. Good restaurant, breakfast is amazing, best I've had in Cambodia so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is great too. We really enjoyed our five nights stay at Samanea, very relaxing. Would definitely go there again. Not perfect, but it's close to a 10 !
The hotel is located in a beautiful garden. There are a lot of flowers here, it smells nice and is very clean. The territory is landscaped at the highest level. Very nice restaurant and polite host. Good breakfasts. The design of the hotel is chic, a very beautiful shower room. There are enough outlets in the room and they all work.
What can I say about this wonderful place? The owners are amazing warm, welcoming people and if you appreciate the simplicity of being in the nature without the fancy shmancy, resort -like add ons, you can only appreciate this place. I ll be going back again and again. This is exactly the kind of business I want to support.
Atmaland Resort was wonderful and my family really enjoyed our stay there! It has an amazing sunset view and is a short walk to the crab market and Kep National Park. The owner and staff there are also extremely kind and helpful, and the food is simply delicious. Highly recommend!
If you love the silence and nature around, this is probably the best choice in Kep. Slightly bumpy road from the highway to the hotel (only 300-400 meters), but very quiet and peaceful. The owners are very nice people. High quality service, clean, comfortable, quiet, beautiful.
The new hotel in Kep offers fresh and cozy rooms in a good location near the city center. The owner is friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are definitely worth the money, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
The terrace room was perfect. Amazing view of the ocean. Location probably best one can get if you are there for the beach. Great for families, couples, or solo travelers. Staff are super nice. Good coffee! Room was immaculate.
Very clean and well kept rooms. The bungalow had very good aircon, comfortable bed, large bathroom and shower. I met friends in Kep so did not eat there or use the pool. The pool looked very beautiful.
The owner, Chenda is an amazing encounter! Beautiful welcoming, wonderful place and Kep pretty quiet city.
Pretty good chef cooker in that place!
Thank you my friend, see you soon ! ✨🌴
The view from the room was amazing overlooking kep beach
The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful they gave an extra pillow when asked.
My second time here... And once again I was so glad I stayed here. I love Kep, but I also love everything about Saravoan Hotel. A perfect place to stay in Kep.
