The breakfast in the morning was delicious.

The area has changed drastically over the years. Four years ago it was not a place to visit, but it is slowly improving. There is still a little seedy element/edge to it - but the roads are improving and there are some decent resorts - which if you are in need of the sea, it can fit the bill and with the new highway from Phnom Penh, you can get there in under 3 hours.

Do not go to Sihanoukville unless you are going to Kaoh Rong Island. The mainland of Sihanoukville is full of litter / rubbish, it smells, Chinese shops and cafes everywhere. It’s dirty and a landfill of rubbish

We enjoyed the trip to Koh Rong, specially Long Beach and Prei Kong Kang.
We don’t like those taxi men at Koh Rong, they were so aggressive attacking and pressured visitors. I wished they should have better attitude to make visitors feel more comfortable.
Even though, I speak Cambodian fluently to them not to intimidate me. I preferred to find my own ride.

Good to be at Sihanouville.
Good to be at Sihanouville. Nice white sand and you can always enjoy local foods and meet friendly people. You may like to take the motorbike or bicycle ride or walk along the beaches. It is quite relaxing nice beach. You can enjoy the free-provided fresh water from the Governor of this province almost everywhere along the beach. Nice job to the government of Cambodia to think of such impact and nice wash rooms.

Sihanoukville is a rough and ready port town, with little to recommend it. Any buzz it had when flowing with gambling money has moved on and all that is left are half-built follies of rotting concrete. Few services or restaurants. Get in, get the ferry, and get out asap.

Sianoukville is now just one big city of unfinished high rise buildings with dirty beaches. Go to the islands or stay at Otres . Destruction of the environment. For example , removing a hill and reclaiming water ways to build more high rise buildings
This resort is our go-to every year we visit Cambodia for the past 8 years. Their exceptional quality of service and facilities are comparable to other 4 to 5-star hotels, even though their rooms are starting to show their age. A little facelift could help catch up with the newer hotels nearby. We enjoyed the pool and private beach the most. The staff is always accommodating to our needs. Now that more shopping and food places has been built around the resort, this makes it more walkable to explore the surrounding areas for local foods etc.
I booked into this hotel to make the best out of an unplanned stay in Sihanoukville. It is still a work in progress but the staff seem to be doing their best— especially the manager, a Filipino named Paulo. The birthday cake delivered to the room was a particularly nice touch. Breakfast in the morning is a cornucopian feast. Be sure to say hi to Mr Voon in the restaurant.
The view from the Oceanview King Studio is spectacular. The only downside to the hotel is that to reach the pool you have to walk outside and around the back.
Lovely hotel conveniently situated with direct beach access (just cross the street). The beach is shaded by trees, providing a perfect spot for kids to play in the sand. The seafood restaurant offers excellent cuisine with a sea view. The rooms are comfortable and offer family-friendly arrangements. While not all staff members speak English, there's always someone available to assist with communication. The hotel feels secluded from the bustle of Sihanoukville, giving the impression of being on an island getaway.
All the Accomodations were very nice, pod village , villas ,hotel rooms , there is great spa, through cleaning, not bad breakfast, the territory is huge and green,sea-view pool is amazing. I like the idea that we could me picked up and dropped off by golf cars, staff comes immediately and it feels as well like a different kind of journey. Parking is available literally next to your room. We didn’t do much facilities because it’s actually an issue of Sihanoukville itself,but the staff was always kind and welcoming
The lobby and rooms are the definition of a luxury hotel, marble and brass literally everywhere, no expense spared. Spacious and incredibly clean, wonderful view over the bay and beach from the balcony. The staff is friendly but with the exception of the head chef and one person in the front desk no one speaks English which sometimes makes things a little difficult. Excellent breakfast. Felt like an oasis in an otherwise strange city. Large outdoor pools on two levels.
Sihanoukville was an unpleasant surprise for me with its derelict Chinese high rises everywhere. This place near Otres beach was its own little world with an upbeat vibe, friendly helpful staff, excellent Italian cuisine thanks to lady chef and comfortable amenities. Pool is excellent. I upgraded to a little cabin with kitchenette, room 7, and was very happy there. Recommend local tuk tuk driver named Two.
I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, (probably the best at any hotel I've stayed in) The hotel was very clean in all areas that I saw. Wi Fi was excellent throughout the hotel. Parking was not a problem and had 24-hour staff on duty to keep an eye on the cars. The buffet breakfast was very good.
The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool is refreshing and the rooms are very clean. The air conditioning is very good. Breakfast, especially the avocado bread, tastes excellent. If I stay in Sihanoukville, I would always choose this place.

The hotel upon arrival looked beautiful on the beachfront, one of the reception staff assisted up and provided us with an upgrade which we thought was great a larger room. The hotel had a shuttle a couple times a day to local areas which was great.
All the stay was perfect! Excellent hotel and the garden and swimming pool are lovely too. The restaurant , bar and pool were perfect to relax after long working day.
The more I come back to this address the more I love it and feel home.
