Not the prettiest town in Central Asia, but plenty of fascinating history and sights and a great place to begin your exploration of the Ferghana Valley. Good and inexpensive restaurants abound and it is quite easy to find comfortable accommodation. Don't forget to visit the Osh bazaar!
Lovely house, delightful owner - Gulshada is the absolute best host, she's welcoming, accommodating and has a wealth of info to offer - and wonderful location with easy access to groceries, the key sights of Osh and to transport. Great value for money and also really close to the Globus from which all of the local hiking trips leave. This was my 3rd time staying here in the past 5 years and I honestly can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else!
Very comfortable hotel in a perfect central but very quiet location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, public transport and sightseeing spots.
Friendly and helpful English speaking staff, big room with a big very comfortable bed, good WiFi, big bathroom with hot water shower.

The breakfast was tasty, room very comfortable, location excellent for exploring Osh, and I was able to store my luggage at the guesthouse during my trek. I stayed twice in this hotel in 2 different rooms. The 1st room was a superior room & it was perfect. Very clean, spacious, all needed amenities; the second was a standard room which was not so clean & the bathroom was poor. Both times, breakfast was good with lots of options & the lady working there is very helpful.
The location is amazing,near public transportation,a lot of restaurants around,a lot of magazine shops,near sky bar osh , a lot of young people around were there, every room was supplied with new air conditioner, new beds, and new bed sheets, clean,calm, kitchen perfect,
After a 12 hr share taxi ride from Bishkek to Osh we felt like pampering ourselves. The massive room and bed, excellent ensuite and an extravagant buffet breakfast did not disappoint! The hotel is also perfectly located for easy walking to restaurants and the bazaar.
This hostel is maybe the newest and most pristine hostel I’ve stayed at in Central Asia so far. It’s situated in a very central location in Osh with lots of places to eat. The staff are friendly and helpful when organising onward trips too!
