Great location, very close to train station, supermarkets, starbucks, and conbini. Rooms are a very good size, larger than normal. Good lighting due to large window. Breakfast is very Japanese and does not change much, however there are other options 2 mins away. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel was excellent. Close to Esaka station and convenient. The hotel is modern and the room was comfortable. Small maybe but expected. However, everything was there. The staff were friendly and attentive. Certainly recommended.

Good location near Kansai University and station.
The room is spacious and well equipped for your long stay and quite confortable.
The owner is living in same building and would provide support if you have any question or need help.
The area was close to a number of interesting sites.
The area was close to a number of interesting sites. We visited an incredible vintage market at Expo '70 Commemorative Park. Travel to Katsuo Ji (my favorite!) was easy from this area.
Our rental here was a great bargain.

APA hotel rooms often feature darker color schemes, which can create a somewhat oppressive and depressive atmosphere. The rooms are typically compact, with limited space, contributing to a feeling of confinement. However, there are positives to staying at APA hotels, such as their convenient locations and a streamlined, efficient check-in process. Additionally, guests can enjoy a wide selection of complimentary movie entertainment.
It’s important to recognize that APA Hotels are closely associated with Japan’s extreme right-wing movement. The founder of APA Group has been known to promote nationalist ideologies, which can be reflected in the materials provided in the rooms, such as controversial books or pamphlets. This connection has sparked debate and discomfort among some guests, especially those who may not share these political views.
The atmosphere within APA hotels—compact, dark, and somewhat insular—can be seen as a reflection of the broader ideologies they are linked to. While some guests may appreciate the convenience and entertainment options provided, others may find the political affiliations and the overall atmosphere unsettling. This blend of efficient service and a charged ideological environment makes APA Hotels a complex choice for travelers, especially those sensitive to the sociopolitical context of their accommodations.

The staff is doing their best to help you in any possible way, so polite and helpful !
Everything spotless clean.
Hotel has a laundry room that we could use - you pay by coins.
Close to the train station, small shops, and several good restaurants (opposite to the train station, one level higher - is not so easy to find, but you can eat there cheaply).
Amazing location, so easy to get to Shin-Osaka Station and Osaka/Umeda station. The hotel is part of a shopping center right across from Esaka station. The lobby and the provided amenities like toner etc. were nice. They are an eco-friendly hotel and won't clean the room unless you put the provided notice on your door.
It’s the cleanest hotel i’ve ever stayed in Japan, had 5 hotels in 11days. Near to Kishibe train station with. Direct connecting bridge from train to hotel 2nd level. They have onsen included in the stay.
Location is good, near Shin-Osaka station, the nearby area has Don Quijote and some food places that open late at night. Overall, a very typical Japanese business hotel.
