Very attentive staff who gladly helped us arrange activities that would otherwise require fluent Japanese skills (e.g. make reservations, search for bus connections to remote areas). I was even surprised how nice was everything in this hotel. I booked semi-bouble and the was worried, but the room is so well organised that you have place for everything you need. The bathroom was also very clean and convenient. There is an underground parking, we payed 600¥ for a day, which in my opinion is a very good price. I really liked everything in this hotel.
