It’s my first time staying in a hot spring hotel, and it’s also my partner’s first time experiencing a hot spring bath. Everything is perfect—the room, the view, the food, and the staffs are very friendly. We regretted only staying for one night; we tried to extend for one more night, but they were fully booked. We were upgraded to a room with a private onsen. The place was clean, staff members were kind, helpful, and very hospitable. Although communication was challenging they tried very hard to answer every question we had, which were many (highly appreciate the guy attending to dinner!)
We loved the complimentary roasted green tea and wanted to buy some for souvenir but they didnt sell it. Instead they gave us 5 sachets as souvenir, much appreciated!

Excellent Dinner and Breakfast. All inclusive drinks. Private Onsen/Hot spring was amazing. Staff were very accommodating and the Cherry blossom in full bloom along the nearby river was a huge bonus. Excellent artworks throughout the property
