The location is great, in the centre of Shinsaibashi with plenty of choices of restaurants and bars in walking distance. It is a very quiet hotel despite being in the centre of a busy district. The hotel had all the facilities we needed with excellent breakfast and laundry facilities. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. We couldn't have asked for better.

A classic hotel with everything you need. The employees are very welcoming and they alle speak great English! Its clean, the Wi-Fi is pretty good and its placed pretty near to the subway. There are many restaurants in walking distance, as you can just cross the river with the bridge. Checkout was surprisingly fast and you could just go. Breakfast buffet was great and had plenty of things (japanese and western).

The location in Shin-Osaka Station was very convenient. The view over the train tracks and buildings was refreshing. In the room you could hear the dull murmur of the announcements on the Shinkansen platforms. I found that to be very relaxing. However, some people may find the sounds to be a bit overstimulating at night. (However the announcements stop when the trains stop running around midnight.)
