Comfortable decent sized twin room. Hotel about 10 minutes walk from main railway station next to the main river and also easy walking distance from Hiroshima Memorial Park (close to trams if you wanted), other attractions, shops, bars and restaurants. Its an impressive looking hotel and has a convivence store inside. They offer rooms with a view over looking the bay, but rooms looking at the city are also nice. There are multiple choices for food on site and there is a boat service from the back of the hotel. We had issues with our first room and the staff sorted this out for us which was much appreciated. This was done in a professional manner and staff at checkout were very good and went out of her way to apologise for the inconvenience, I left the hotel with a better impression of the hotel thanks to her.
