Right at the airport, perfect place to stay when you have to catch an early flight. The rooms are very spacious, although the decor is a bit outdated. The beds are good, the staff is very friendly and the room was clean. There was no noise heard from outside (cars, plans).

Worst hotel possible! They lie to booking when I ask them for some question, saying that check-in is from 5pm to 6pm (also in booking.com is stated that is from 3pm!).
When we arrived we were welcome by only non-English speaker (that for an hotel in front of the airport, is not the best). We asked for check in at 2pm and is was said to wait for 3pm, and this was not a problem, because is all japan they have zero flexibility on this (out of mind if you think how we deal it in Europe!).
We saw at least 10 guest doing check-in between the 2pm and 3pm! Super unprofessional!
The problem arise when we asked other question, and the response were none. They did not understand and they were not saying anything. We tried to use google translate, but also with that, zero information.
To finish, the hotel is dirty and not well maintain.
Please choose something else (the bus bringing you to the airport leave at 5.55 and at 6.45 (more or less) so if leave you with this non intelligent 5.55 that let you arrive to the airport at 6.05 when security checks start at 6.45.

The Hotel was close to the airport and helped to be less stressful for the departure. The free shuttle is a real plus and we were at the airport in 20minutes. The breakfast was good with a beautiful view. The room was really small but ok for 2 nights and clean.

As there was a vending machine with beer and whiskey on offer. No one to consult as run by robots Packed and left even that we paid for 5 nights.no care no refund just go air filters in room very dirty. Breakfast not nice at all. Even that we paid we went to local JoyFul. Restaurant. Walk through car parks. Not a great location

I have a morning flight so only stayed one night here and visited the Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall. Good for travelers with morning flights to stay one night at the hotels at Rinku station so you dont have to rush to the airport. You can better relax and do some shopping at Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall or just walk around the area parks or the Aeon shopping mall for more variety.

The apartment hotel helped us understand how it feels to live in that area of Japan. It was comfortable, provided what we needed .The free wifi was excellent. It was calm, quiet, and a friendly atmosphere. Izumisano to me is "centrally" located. It isn't too far from Osaka proper and not too far from the lush greenery of Wakayama. The city is friendly and convenient. We walked around the town a few times and it was nice! If you have a chance to stay there, do not hesitate!

Conveniently located at the airport for those arriving too late for onward travel. Very comfortable bed and exceptionally clean room with all necessities. Sadly no room service available and the only option for eating following a 10:00 pm check were a nearby gyudon restaurant (basic) and 24-hour convenience store.

We paid a significant premium to stay in the only hotel connected to Kansai airport. All other hotels require a shuttle or train ride to Kansai. We were happy to pay extra for the convenience when arriving by train and then flying out the next morning.
Good value Japanese restaurant available outside the hotel in the same building up the escalator.
Hotel dining options looked really nice but were outside our budget e.g. JPY4000 for breakfast. Maybe get a deal with breakfast included?
The hotel building is attached to Rinku Town Station itself - very glad when we discovered this.
Easy walk to the Premium Outlet. Also very nearby, maybe about 5-7 mins walk, to a very huge 24hr supermarket called Trial Supermarket.
Room was huge! We stayed on the 19th floor and we had a corner unit. The view was spectacular.
There’s also free shuttle to the airport which is very convenient. Have to book a seat in advance.
This place is a nice option for your last day in Kansai.
Stayed for 5 nights, liked everything. Good 3 star hotel. My room was clean and warm. Everything worked properly, there was no mold, the bed linen was fresh. Towels, toothbrushes and trash were removed every day. The staff is pleasant and polite. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the airport. You can also order a transfer from Izumisano or Iharanosato train stations. Delicious varied breakfast and freshly brewed coffee. There are also interesting places nearby.
The hotel was the perfect location to spend the last night in Japan before leaving. It was a short trains ride away from the airport and was a quick walk to the train station. The lobby had a scale that could be used to weigh luggage to make sure it was under the weight limit. The hotel also watched luggage before check-in and after check-out which allowed us to explore the city before and after our stay. The breakfast was also really good.
The room was very clean and the front desk man was a wonderful man. I want to let him know that he made us feel well at home and happy about choosing this hotel. The facilities were very clean in our room. Even though they were old or old styled, I could see (from doing housekeeping myself) that they were well cleaned. They also helped arrange a airport shuttle for us.

We chose the hotel for our early flight. 7-8 minutes walk to train station. 10-15 minutes to Kansai International Airport by subway. It was too easy to catch the flight. Helpful and kind staff to explain the rules and etc. Clean wc and showers. Thank you for your hospitality! I would stay again for sure.
The place is very nice, quiet and close to the airport and train station. Their rooms are more than I expected for the price. Plus the toilet and bathroom are spacious. I stayed in 2 rooms; one very big and one relative large compared to other hotels for the same price.
