I received a complimentary upgrade to a club floor room, with access to the lounge. This was in reaction to my request for a quiet room for health reasons. This way of handling my request exceeded my expectation and I was really grateful for it.
The refurbished room I stayed in met my expectations of a leading Kingston hotel in terms of comfort and was above-average in size. The style of the refurbished rooms is classic, but with a few understated modern touches. The bedding was comfortable and I appreciated the different types of pillows provided for comfort.
Breakfast at the club lounge was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was serene and the waiter was courteous, responsive and considerate. Much appreciated.
Finally, the large size of the pool is indicative of the impression of space afforded to the clientele of this hotel. This impression of spaciousness and comfort, perhaps, was the most outstanding feature of the Pegasus and gives the hotel a competitive edge in New Kingston. So, if food options can be expanded and improved, the Jamaica Pegasus will remain my hotel choice in New Kingston.

Great place to visit . Plenty of food of all kinds and great ambience. Traffic is not nice at all and people honk horns all day for no reason which is road rage capital to me but I find it amusing . I love going to Devon house which is a park area that has restaurants and places to eat desserts . People go there for the ice cream and atmosphere to take kids and have picnics and I love the steak house on the Verenda. Sunday is great for family day as plenty of vendors are there. Also there is a rive area with restaurants vendors and hotels nearby which is nice. They have lots of fun activities that come like Carnival which is a beautiful parade which costumes of great design feathers etc that is amazing.. people can be a hit or miss. I can not say every1 is nice but I can say you will enjoy yourself and want to come back.

Bob Marley museum, Devon House and Half Way Tree, were all very interesting and enjoyable.
Sea Deck restaurant food was disgusting, rice and peas was too spicy, and rubbery chicken was drowned by sauce that was way too sweet/ excessive. Waitress was disinterested with customers dissatisfaction, so maybe best avoid. Ambience was decent though, and as Sea Deck was not busy we should have demanded more edible meals.
Burger King was good.
Dice roll with restaurant food, maybe better served to just get Street food

Kingston is very nice.
Kingston is very nice. It’s safe if you’re familiar with your environment and the places you go. I am usually in New Kingston. And this was my first experience staying in Downtown Kingston and it is safe! We walked around the downtown area by ourselves and we were safe. We were 3 women. Kingston is City and it’s no different than any other city in the world.

Kingston is a place for dancing and food.
Kingston is a place for dancing and food. There isn't much amusement as in bowling arcade places or things of that sort but there is lots of life. The people can be a hit or a miss just like everywhere but you will have a great time full of music throughout the town as well as Jamaican culture with vendors and beautiful water everywhere. Food is always great and just beautiful weather is always a place to go.

I come to Kingston to visit family, friends, and to do mission work. I would not come to Kingston to hang out. It is dangerous and chaotic...but I like it. I grew up in Naples, Italy where it's very similar. I love the people, the roughness, the danger, and the real aspect of Jamaican living. Many Americans may not like it here. This is not a resort town. Just be aware of it. I lived here for five years and love it...but it is challenging at many levels. You drive on the left here and that is a challenge if you are not used to that as well.

What a nice Experience Kingston is.
What a nice Experience Kingston is. I stayed at the corner of Duke and Queen with Chillinn at Duke. Walking to the harbour in the morning. Watching the city come alive. Street venders selling porridge, chicken foot soup, fresh fruit and what ever else you are interested in. Got more hassled in Negril. There is lot here. Peter Tosh, Bob Marley exhibit, museums. Big city stuff. I did not go out at night to much, just like any other big city I have been in the world. Irea. Take Kingston in.
The whole apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable... very relaxing. The Host. Kerry is amazing, excellent customer service.. she went above and beyond to ensure out stay is well spent. We did have an awesome time there. Love the easy access to Brooklyn Supermarket, Devon House, Half way Tree.. Tastes and KFC.... also to Island Grill in Twin Gates Plaza.
I can't wait to be back in Jamaica.. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone, who is desirous of the service of Kings Apartment...Delux Apartment.

Location is excellent, one can literally walk to Devon House for ice cream. Coordination with host was excellent. Apartment in a secured complex, exactly as pictured, spotless clean. I didn't cook while in Kingston but kitchen well equipped. A/C so silent first I thought it wasn't working but it does, once started is able to keep the living room pleasant too. All and all a great choice. They even leave some snacks as welcome treats. Would stay again without hesitation.
The location is very central to all attractions and amenities and is midway between Uptown and Downtown. A few hundred yards from the Bob Marley Museum on Hope Road and less than a mile away from Devon House. The host and domestic staff were brilliant and made every effort to ensure my stay was amazing, the property is safe, clean and situated in a very quiet area.
The hotel is in a very good location, very centric. The facilities were very housewarming and clean, the patio in the backyard was very pretty, specially at night with all the lights. The room is small but has everything you need and was very clean. The staff was very friendly.
I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host, the accommodation being exactly what was advertised and more, the proximity to Transport and places of interest such as Devon House, Bob Marley Museum, etc.and the sense of safety and security within the area.
The cafe at Ragamuffin was fantastic with the best breakfast we had in Jamaica. The staff were extremely helpful, fun and friendly. We also liked the location as it was close to Devon House and the Bob Marley Museum. Our mattresses were very comfortable.
the property is beautiful, quiet, safe and very central to a lot of places in the new Kingston area’s. The apartment it self is very beautiful, clean, spacious and very home welcoming. My kids enjoyed every bit of the space also the pool.
Bed was big and comfortable. Room had nice couch to chill on. Hotel has nice pool and gym. The food from the hotel restaurant was OK, but we expected better. Overall probably one of the best hotel comparing to other ones in Kingston.
Cleanness of the room I stay in Montego also in a hotel and kingston hideaway was much cleaner less.money !! Nice.place and the host David was nice and helpfu to me the two times I stay there!!!
It’s an oasis in a big city. You feel like you are removed from New Kingston but when you walk out the gate , you are around everything in New Kingston
