Excellent value for money - great pool, table tennis, bar by the pool (also football pitch and tennis ciyrts but we didnt use these). Best breakfast we had while in Puglia for 2 weeks - excellent buffet choice and all fresh. Comfort room included kitchenette on the balcony which was quite well equipped. Use of barbecue and outdoor table/bench and also a washing machine. Room cleaned daily can ask for towels to be changed. All staff friendly particular thanks to the lovely lady at the bar and also the receptionist who checked us in.

It was my first time in Vieste, and we came for the food and beauty of the area. Not the beaches.
Since it is off-season many of the restaurants were closed. That was frustrating because there isn't anything that tells you it's closed. Google says it's open. Many don't have websites and even if they do, they don't update it to say they are closed. So that is just something to know before you go. It's a summer tourist town.
That said, I wouldn't want to be there in the summer. Traffic was sometimes heavy in October. It must be at a standstill in August.

Vieste was in a very different part of Italy to what we have visited before. The town was very pleasant with plenty of restaurants. Not many people spoke English which was actually rather enjoyable. The Gargano forest is amazing and a must visit!

Interesting old town/port with long history.
Interesting old town/port with long history. The citta vecchia is located on white cliffs along a promontory overlooking the sea. Elsewhere it consists of rather undistinguished more modern buildings. The beaches are superb - clean and inviting. Safe swimming with gentle beach slopes and comprehensive lifeguard cover. Selection of good, well priced restaurants offering an extensive range of fresh seafood. Ferry service to the Tremiti Islands (worth a trip).

We arrived in Vieste as the crowds were gone. It was busy but not overwhelming. Lots of restaurant selections to choose from. Lovely beaches , perfect weather and easy to get around. We chose to do a lot if walking, but driving was easy as well. Safe and friendly town.

Gaetano & Michele from Svevo were very welcoming & helpful with their advice & tips of the place’s & restaurants to visit, the only little thing I would complain about is that while you were using their stunning pool their was no serving of beverages or snacks while you were out in the hot sun. Svevo is a stunning venue to book your holiday & would highly recommend this for a relaxing holiday.
Nice place, clean, nice view from deck / terrace gated, 2 miles from town. Beware don’t put your bags by door, it leaks water badly during rain ! ( not horrible but …..)

Best possible location, at the highest point of Vieste. The view from the roof top terrace is breath taking and a 30 secs walk brings you down to the old centre of town. The host Giulio is the best host we have met during our road trip in Puglia, Basilicata and Campania. He knows the surroundings very well, has great tips for beaches, restaurants or other activities in the Gargano area (and outside in case you have time on your hands).
Breakfast is diverse, with local products and of course great coffee, as you can expect in Italy.
The location is exceptional and the hosts are even more exceptional! Perfection from start to end, from welcoming us with coffee, to finishing with the most cozy continental breakfast which exceeds the full breakfasts in the best hotel chains. The room was clean and super comfortable, and the surroundings are just a mere dream, fully in peace with nature. Cannot recommend enough!! P.s: host recommended a nearby home-owned location for dinner and it was the cherry on the cake, outstanding experience.

Shanti is really amazing. So peaceful location, surrounded with mediterian trees, just 10 minutes out of the city. We arrived late in the evening and decided to eat also the dinner at Shanti. Was the best choice we could make. Was for sure one of the best dinner we had in Puglia. All of the staff are so kind, responsive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the place is full of tranquility.
We highly recommend it.

Location was great (if youhave acar ofcourse) as it is located a few miles from superb Vieste. Very quiet location in greenery. Hotel facilities including room were perfect (mini bar was not working properly so they replaced it). Top of the cake, a nice swimming pool (not huge but enough to get refreshed and be able to do some swimming). Also had a wellness center (extra charge for the use).

I was not happy with my room as I had wanted a sea view and they did their best to find me an alternative.
The breakfast is stupendous with fresh local produce, cheeses, fresh ricotta, capocollo, jams,fruit and fresh pastries with gluten free alternatives.
Matteo, the owner, is a wonderful guy. From my experience, the simplest check-in and check-out. The apartment is in the city center and from there you can do whatever you want. The best things are the services for the children (closed play area and booster seat).
We cannot wait to go back.
The view from the rooftop is amazing, one of the best in Vieste. The host is just super helpful: luggage, easy communication, arrange an excursion, recommand restaurant, available.

We liked the fact that the toilet, the shower and the washing area were separated from each other. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast offer was incredible and very tasteful. The hotel is close to the beach and the path is very easy.
Very nice and kind all staff. And, we love to have nice dinner in hotel restaurant. Half board is one of really good option to enjoy nice food. Mojito is another best in sky bar. We loved sky bar and went to there every evening..
