Proximity to autostrada is good. In addition close to the sea. And we heard nightingales singing after dark. Really really good breakfast

Vasto is not too big and not too small.
A large number of good restaurants.
And not too far for wineries or trabocchi.
After a month of visiting very small old towns in Puglia, we were happy that Vasto had more to offer.

I loved this Hotel!
I loved this Hotel! The staff were helpful on arrival and throughout my stay. The room was comfortable with a balcony and bathroom. The room serviced daily and the breakfast had many choices and was great. Across the road a small church with a rest area, views over the coast and ocean.
A short stroll to the park, a delightful walk by the children's play area and the pond, a small Cafe and fountain, cross the road and you are in the old town. Restaurants, bars, shopping and a history dating back before Greek settlement. I recommend this Hotel for travelers to Vasti.

When visiting Vasto, try to stay at B&B alla Canale.
When visiting Vasto, try to stay at B&B alla Canale. It is absolutely amazing, just a short drive from Vasto city center. The property is right on the Adriatic, with both a terrace and balcony overlooking beautiful landscaping and with steps down to the shore. The hosts are very welcoming, and, boy, did they put out a spread for breakfast! And, unlike much of Italy, they actually have secured parking for a large vehicle. Highly recommended.

Go for the beaches and nature area!
Go for the beaches and nature area! There’s quite a few paved and off road trails for biking and walking. The natural reserve at Punta Aderci is gorgeous but there’s also several small beaches just north of the historic Centre of Vasto. Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of more well known beach cities, without sacrificing any of the beauty or Italian experience. Definitely recommend renting bikes for a day or two!

Old city that charms you with its well preserved buildings.
Old city that charms you with its well preserved buildings. The modern fusions with the tradition just in perfectly harmony. People is kind and beaches are to die for.
Hanging around the Piazza makes you feel like a character from Fellini's film, isn't easy to get around Vasto, but believe me when I say the magic from the place worth's to be experienced.

Vasto offers wonderful fine dining experiences that are a must-go places such as Bottega Culinaria, CiboMatto, La spasetta e molti altri. Greatest sea on the east coast of Italy facing Greece, a place to relax and enjoy life to its best.
Al faro bianco is an amazing bed and breakfast, the room was so clean and comfortable. The staff was so kind, especially the lady who gave us good recommendations and was always attentive and pleasant to our needs. We went with our dog, and they were so nice with him, he really enjoyed his stay there. Whoever has a dog and wants to enjoy their stay in Vasto, I really recommend this place. We hope we will be able to come back some day.
This is a beautiful property with large rooms and well appointed bathrooms.
The decor is in keeping with the age of the property.
The location is central to the old town with plenty of choices for meals.
The staff were extremely helpful, booking our taxi and meeting us at the property.
The property had a lovely garden and shared outdoor spaces.
Would definitely stay here again when visiting Vasto.
Lovely B&B in the old town, close to promenade, restaurants, and museums. The room is comfortable, and there is a nice sitting area in the hall. The hosts are kind and welcoming. During our stay we got a feeling of living in an old Italian city, it was very atmospheric. The breakfast is Italian style, it was exactly what we needed to start the day. Highly recommended.
The rooms have a beautiful style, in each detail. Cleanliness is on top of mind of the personnel.
Anita is a fantastic host. She supported with everything I needed her for. Both, Anita and Umberto are very kind people to be with.
Location in the middle of Vasto is perfect.
Parking is close and the hotel as an agreement with the parking, which makes things easier.
The rooms were clean and well appointed. Very cute, well thought out space! The host was very responsive for any needs. If I were in need of a place to stay in the area, I would definitely choose to stay here again. It is as nice in person as it is in the photos. Perhaps one of, if not the, best accommodation we have had out of several trips to Italy.
We had a great stay at Corso Garibaldi 21. Nicola was very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable.
Location is incredible, walking distance to bar and restaurants in the old town of Vasto. The Parking garage is next door at a reasonable price.
Highly recommended
Cleanliness, secure, beachside, breakfast, beach chairs and umbrellas available to carry out to the public beach, walking distance to the marina area. Air conditioning works well.
Owners are very gracious, welcoming and helpful . We were given excellent information about local restaurants.
The breakfast was perfect! The view was absolutely amazing. We have never been to Italy, let alone Vasto and we believe we were in a perfect location! Quick drive down to the beach. Not an easy walk down to the beach, but we did do it once (age 31). Easy walk to Vasto's downtown area.
Our Marie Claire appartment was extremely clean and comfortable as well as they being right in the heart of Vasto. Alessandro, the manager, goes above and beyond to help in any way he can - recommending restaurants, lidos and whatever you may need. I would definitely send my friends there.
Wonderful location, beautiful amazing views with great restaurants! Our host was so great! Made calls and reservations for us as our Italian is not passable. Room and furnishings superb! Very comfy!!! A great breakfast with huge assortment of fresh items.
Excellent location, beautiful property. The host is lovely and was available to answer questions; she provided a lovely breakfast and joined us for a glass of local wine one evening. Simply a perfect experience for our stay in Vasto! Thank you, Anita!!!
For sure I enjoyed how clean the hotel is. Basically the hotel is in a nice position for Vasto Marina (basically 50 meters from the beach, passing through a city road). The hotel has a private place on the beach, which is quite valuable.
fabulous location on a small bay with crystal clear waters. No restaurant in the evenings meant we had to travel to eat but there were good restaurants nearby and the hotel's beach bar made decent panini for lunch. We loved our stay
Beautifully renovated apartment with secure parking. There was a bar a few minutes walk for breakfast or afternoon drinks. Walk to the beach. Washing machine was great to have. Have to drive into Vasto, but not too far.
All was perfect and exceptional! Unfortunately the good restaurant was closed due to low season, but that's life!
Do not trust poor reviews of this hotel, it's a very nice one, believe a 48hotel-per-year-traveller like me
Having stayed in 5 different locations in Vasto over the years this was definitely the best - walking distance from beachfront, old town and a little local deli and coffee shop for the morning's first coffee and pastry.
The location. So close (5 minute walk) to Padre Pio shrine but in the not so busy area, away from the crowds. We love the pathway from/to Padre Pio to hotel. Bonus - it has a wonderful spa!
