Loved this little gem of a guest house! It located in a very small, picturesque village outside of Tolmezzo and we booked here as a stop over on a long drive. The room was very spacious with lots of windows and a terrace off to the side. Although it was facing the street, we had no problems sleeping. The bar and restaurant are what make this place so special though. What a great last meal we had at the end of our vacation. Everything was of the best quality and served with love. The breakfast was also very nice. I great find!!

This is a quirky little place in a beautiful village. It was easy to find and within walking distance of a very good bar/restaurant. The room was good and clean The bathroom was a little dated but clean and the shower was good and hot. The breakfast was all local produce and excellent.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff ! There was no taxi available to the Carnia train station when we leave, but the hotel has kindly offered us transportation to the station. Very satisfied with their hospitality and service !

Great location not far from the Ravascletto ski area. The propery had a free parking and a restaurant. The rooms were clean and exactly like in the pictures. We got a room with the balcony but as there was contruction happening we could not access it. The reception lady was lovely and swift with the check-in/out. Upon checking in we made a dinner reservation for the restaurant and it did not dissapoint. The prices were more than fair and the food was absolutely fantastic. But the highlight of this stay was one of the waiters. An older gentleman that was serving us and others made us laught so many times. He was very upbeat, smiley, humorous, not at all uptight to delivere the best service but on the contrary. He delivered the best service we have ever experiences by constantly cracking jokes while still doing the job perfectly. There were a lot of tables that night but he still offered the same service to every guest and you could see that he realy enjoys the working there.

We stayed 5 nights. The B&B was in a quiet and great location (views of the mountains) close to Tolmezzo which, was what we needed. Loretta was extremely attentive to details and went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. She gave us names of towns to visits, etc. She cooked a cake every day which were extremely delicious: she is a super host and the family is extremely nice. We really felt like at home. If we come back, we definitely know where to stay: Mamma Lo!
This is a great value for the money, the location is in the town center and therefore everything is right next door. The parking is perfect and in the safe and secure hotel courtyard. Rooms are very for the price, breakfast is good. Staff was friendly. Hard to beat for what you pay for, we can highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is literally on the main square, so it's walking distance to all the sights and the hiking trails. The room and the bathroom were huge, overlooking the main square. The hotel itself has clean facilities. The breakfast was nice, but not very diverse, typical continental Italian breakfast.
Nice hotel, sweet and tasty breakfast with awesome coffee. The hotel also provided a room for bicycles. Special thanks to the friendly and helpful women at the reception.
