We slept well, the bed was big and comfortable. All the staff was great and helpful. The hotel is old, but it has a '70 style very different to find around, you feel like in a Kubrick movie.
Perfect location, close to everything: station, seaside, restaurants, free parking places.

Residenza Sveva is a collection of ensuite rooms (in separate buildings) with a reception and breakfast area in the old village close to the cathedral. Our apartment was about 300 yards away - still within the old village - and with a glorious sea view looking north up the coast.
Our room was beautifully decorated with a balcony and everything else we needed.
The pre-arrival communications made it sound like parking was a bit complicated, however it was quite easy. There was the offer of a free shuttle bus service, but we didn't use it. Instead we parked in the harbour car park (€7 for one night) and climbed a spiral staircase straight from the car park and into the old village. The reception was 200 yards from the top. (Google maps didn't seem to know about these steps!)
Termoli old village was beautiful and unspoilt with lots of seafood restaurants and interesting architecture.

Termoli is very pretty but over the past 40 years has changed in as much as the service when ordering a meal is awful there is only fish on the menus and no pasta or meat, so best to get a studio or apartment so that you can cook yourself. Only place that has never changed is the Micro bar, service with a smile at all time. Also on the beach you can buy a fantastic salad for 10 Euro's.

It was horrible, I felt unsafe , the beach was dirty, i would never go back. The apartment owner deducted funds from our account for a damaged hotplate in the kitchen, which was not damaged when we vacated the property, then was impossible to contact this to discussed, they were a bunch of criminals and would never recommend them

We arrived in late September for one night enroute between Bologna and Lecce. Most of the beach activities had closed for the season but it was still warm and we enjoyed swimming in the ocean.
The old city was charming and a delight to walk around. If we are ever lucky enough to go back to Termoli we will stay two nights or if it is high summer three or four nights.

We really enjoyed Termoli.
We really enjoyed Termoli. It was a very charming town with wonderful coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. The clothing stores were wonderful too! Our host at our rental met with us and gave us a beautiful room with a nice beach view. The room was very comfortable too. We had a wonderful time and experience in Termoli!

Having stayed in San Salvo for years Termoli was a disappointment BUT my two sons and wife preferred Termoli to San Salvo! In San Salvo there is a lot going on lungomare and in the town. In Termoli I was shocked at how dead lungomare was at night. The centre was really busy and nice but there was very little going on in the piazza. In San Salvo there seemed to be music in the evening at the beach every night. Plus a fair and market! I'd probably try Vasto next, although the property we stayed at was great.

It is on the east coast of Italy.
It is on the east coast of Italy. Not the most popular tourist area however it was a lovely drive there from Venice. We took secondary highways to enjoy the scenery. It was also the off season for the beach but the scenery of the ocean was great!
Very close to everything, old town and restaurants a few minutes walking. The rooms are a good size with a nice view. we had one of the front beachside sea view rooms. Showers had a good water pressure and were hot. The breakfast was ample and a nice variety, an omelette was cooked fresh on request. We just liked the location, staying there for 3 nights which was a good period to experience the restaurants and see the old town. A bit early to enjoy swimming at the spectacular beach area the hotel fronts on.
The instructions from the owners were very clear on how to get there, keys were in the door. We also left the keys in the door and practically left without any interaction with the owners, every detail was crystal clear.
We had a full apartment, very nicely decorated and branded (rooms have names, and nothing was spared in making every detail beautiful).
Location is perfect, close to all that is worth seeing in Termoli and to the beach.
Supermarket just across the street.
Everything about this property was perfect. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, accommodating and lovely! We rang Piero as soon as we arrived and a minute later his wife greeted us and gave us a tour of our room. We had to leave early the next morning because we were driving down to Reggio Calabria to catch a ferry to Sicily so we unfortunately didn’t have time to have breakfast. When we return to Termoli we will definitely come back and stay longer.
Room was with full of host's immaculate taste. Clean bathroom with good amenities is plus point. Host is super kind and generous. Thank you for surprising champagne and sumptuous pastries to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, Teresa!
It was truly touching! ♡♡♡♡
If we have one more opportunity to come to Termoli, we will definitely stay again at Di Nucci.
Everything was lovely!
Archangelo, the host is an amazingly kind and full of life man. He's super super friendly and loves the place and hosting people. The place was as described. Come here for the amazing hospitality by Archangelo, amazing olive plants all around and accessibility to everything termoli. Perfect for a couple who wants minimal in terms of a cool farm/barn stay.
"Accommodation in the heart of Termoli in a historically rich house, lodging right within a museum with an incredible atmosphere. Full of young and pleasant people, amazing breakfasts, and Marika, who did everything what we need, everything for us. Marika, thank you for the wonderful care, thank you for the amazing breakfasts, thank you for everything."
A fantastic option if you want to stay in beautiful Termoli (which you should btw ;)). Very stylish (!)/clean/large room, a great host, very easy communication, a healthy breakfast and the beach nearby - all points checked in our opinion. This definitely translates into a very warm recommendation.
Its more than breakfast. Ingredients are available and more than needed. Abundant and wide selection of food. Host is very friendly, good communicate, excellent. Clean sheets & towels are available enough. It was high season, I rate compared to other experience at Termoli. For me best option.
Accommodation and host amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Accomodation really clean and very well equipped. Location short walk to town, harbour and beach. Safe parking behind barrier. Would certainly choose this over any 4 star hotel if visiting the area.
Above all, excellent value for money: a clean and well-equipped room, plus basic breakfast and access to a refrigerator, for an affordable price. Mariacarmela, the friendly host, provided excellent advice concerning things to do and see in and around Termoli.
The host was wonderful! Such a delightful, professional, and welcoming person. The place was charming, comfortable and very special. Also, it is right in the old city, a few steps from the castle, the beach, and excellent eateries. Staying here was a dream!
Nice apartment on the top floor with great beach view, located in quite area of Termoli, but only 10 minutes walking to historical centre. Street parking is possible in front of the building free of charge. The hos.t was very pleasant and helpful
—Lovely, welcoming hostess.
—Immaculate room with charming decor.
—Super comfortable bed.
—Strong WiFi.
—Special touches, like scented sachet bags and towels tied with ribbons, that I normally associate with a 5-star hotel.
—Quiet.
The owners were very helpful and so friendly. Their B&B was very clean and updated. Beach was across the street and B&B not far from town center.
A very nice selection for breakfast.
Would definitely recommend!
Loved this apartment !
It was very convenient for location and your own personal umbrella on the beach.
It was very clean and Antonella was very nice and helpful. I would recommend to others.
Beautiful location and so close to the city center and the port. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff especially Filomena and Marilena were outstanding!
Definitely coming back here
It's in a good location in the historic part of Termoli. It's sort of cute but small. Good for one night but a stretch for a longer stay in my opinion.
