We had a great stay here. The location right on the beach with chairs and umbrellas was amazing. The garden, little bar, and various sitting areas were delightful and unexpected. The breakfast was delicious, abundant, and so much variety! We traveled by train and found the walk to and from the station to be easy. We enjoyed walking into town for meals as well. I hope we can come back one day!

The hotel is just a couple of minutes from the waterfront and town centre. Parking on the street was easy. Good size room, great shower, and a super breakfast on the terrace. The hotel team were very friendly.

I travelled to San Vincenzo for sailing. Given the relatively large marina and the geographical location close to Elba and Isola Capraia, Vincenzo is a great starting point for a sailing holiday. Beyond that, the city also offers some interesting sightseeing and a nice old city centre with a beautiful pedestial zone with numerous restaurants.

Easy parking options. everything exactly as described and on the fotos. Fully eqipped and very clean. Very good communication with the host, uncomplicated and easy check-in and check out.

A beautiful small town where you can find small traditional restaurants with very nice staff. The best local pizzeria is called BLUE MARLINE PIZZERIA RESTAURANT. I really recommend this restaurant to everyone...
in the city of San Vincenzo itself, however, we really enjoyed a restaurant called Vineria Etrusca in the center. The service, as well as the food, was very poor, we definitely do not recommend this restaurant, it was a very Italian disappointment...

A nice, lively town on the beach. There are plenty of shops, a big coop and restaurants in San Vincenzo. And there are a number of beautiful historic towns and villages in the hills in the area often also with very good restaurants. It is easy to visit them by car. There are bus services to most of them but buses often do not run frequently. There are train services from S. Vincenzo Railway Station to Pisa and Grosseto and a some even to Rome and Florence.
San Vincenzo tends to get crowded on weekends and in the high season and then it is advisable to book tables at restaurants in advance.

San Vincenzo is a reasonable seaside town in Tuscany. Having spent some time in the area over many years, we got to really enjoy the whole surrounding area. Beaches nearby are some of the best, a short drive south of the town being our favourite. Great for kids with nice sandy beaches, shower/toilet facilities, life guards in summer and generally small or no waves. Some great restaurants and of course wonderful wine and oil country surround. Also nice is this town somewhat lives all year unlike some parts of the Tuscan coast, so visiting out of the main season you won't find a closed town.
Apartment nicely decorated, very clean, located on the first floor in the shade. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Location very good. Very close to the beach and supermarket. Peace and quiet. A surprise for us was the possibility of parking the car in the underground garage.We will remember our stay at Le Residenze di Santa Costanza - Le Dimore with great pleasure. It was our first stay in Italy. Everything was at a very good level! Thank you.

San Vincenzo is about a 15 minute walk for shopping- lovely shops and restaurants. There is also a very good restaurant filled with locals just across the road.
Parking is easy and everything for a super stay has been thought of. Loved the breakfast too.

Quiet location away from the crowds but lots of restaurants in the cute neighborhood area of the hotel. Slept every night with the windows open.
We didn’t plan ahead and couldn’t get a taxi when we were leaving and the front desk took us to the train station. What more can you say?

Located nearby to a lot of famous historical places and to Michelin restaurants with delicious dishes. The local wine is just WOW and it was just beautiful to spend an evening under Tuscany sky, with a local amazing wine looking to the sunset and sea ❤️
Location was excellent, on the beach with allocated sunbeds for your villa/cottage. Staff were friendly and the beach bar was great! The cottage was well maintained with a nice large shower and balconies front and back. San Vincenzo itself was lovely too and we had a great seafood meal by the marina.
We spent a very pleasant night in this hotel. We booked last minute and got a beautiful suite with a view on the sea. The staff was very nice and helpful. San Vincenzo is a very sweet village with very good restaurants.

Everything. Perfect apartment for a family. Location was great. 10mins to the beach and about 20-25mins to the center of Dan Vincenzo. Would recommend getting a bicycle while there. Makes it much easier to explore the area
We loved the decor and room in this beautiful hotel, which is right on the beach. Perfect location in San Vicenzo. Staff was very helpful with parking, restaurants and stores in town, and helping us feel at home.
Great for family vacation: there is a playground, pool, bbq area and gym. It takes approx. 4 min by car to get to a lovely and clean beach, south from the marina, 3 min to the town or a big grocery shop.
I loved the beach, the spectacular view from the balcony. Everything was perfect. I enjoyed to leave the windows openned at night and listen to the waves. Everything was simply perfect.
