Super friendly and kind owner ! Very nice apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee/tea/cookies :) Super markets ,bus stops, and metro station nearby. I definitely recommend it!

I did not enjoy the stay. When we arrived the room was extremely hot as the A/C was not on. The External Bathroom had no ventilation and it was soo hot that you can not take a shower. The worse thing was that when we complaint to the owner and to booking, the owner replied very offensive and with racist comments towards southerner Italians. It was disgraceful and racist. Unacceptable for a public business. The only good thing is the easy access to main motorways. Be aware of this place as it's just an apartment on the second floor without elevator. I would not recommend to family with kids but most of all the poor customer care provided. Unreal now a day that a public staff treats customer with bad words and racist comments. Hope this can help future customer and the owner to improve.

lovely lady looked after me when i arrived . Not her fault i am dumb and failed to follow a sat nav. walked the 1.6 miles in the heat of the day. between the hotel and the metro. ( there is a bus and had i looked it up on google i would have saved a lot of shoe leather ) the room is pretty and has all the essentials it is off the the shared kitchen where the continental breakfast is served. The shower although a little small for a big chap like myself is excellent . it has a lot of power just how i like it. air con and it worked .
Really nice staff, great location and the facilities. The room was clean and functional, newly refurbished. The hotel although located in the very center, it was removed from the noise of the streets. I do recommend it!
The staff were very polite, helpful and nice. The hotel is very safe to enter and leave. The bed and room were very clean and comfortable. The internet worked very well.
