The apartment is beautifully set up and has a great location. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I had some mild issues (e.g. TV wifi connection disconnecting), I was able to obtain a response & help very quickly. My own outlet adapter had not worked and fortunately there was one available in the apartment to use. I highly recommend Jasmine as a place to stay in Malpensa.

This hotel made is so easy for us. We stayed the night before our return flight. We took the train to the airport and they picked us up with very simple instructions. Then we had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was just great and the staff for both the shuttle, the hotel, and the restaurant were all delightful.
