Breakfast was usual. Staff helpful and friendly. Room cramped but adequate for short stay. Bathroom renovated and OK. Daily amenities replenished. Location good. Access from railway staion a chllenge with luggage. Have to negotiate something like 200 steps to get to the hotel from the station or get met by taxi at the train station for a 200 m ride to the hotel.

The service beated the level of a four star hotel, which is really excetional, and for which we are grateful. After recognising that my wife is gluten sensitive, special breakfast was provided for her.
the breakfast was amazing- the owners wife baked delicious cakes, but owner himself every morning prepared traditional savory bruschetta and focaccia.

Nice hosts, good location on Rocca di Papa, so You can as well go to Rome or just hike in the neighbourhood. But remember to buy Cotral tickets on line 😀.
