good for a short stay, nice walking along the beach. about 25 minutes to the station walking. Parking is underground provided by the hotel, cost only 10 euro but not for big cars. Our Fiat 500X was just right.

We stayed for 1 night on our way back from the south of Italy. The property has a great panoramic view over the town, lovely garden and big and clean swimming pool. I would love to spend here one more night to enjoy the facilities a bit more. Breakfast was tasty and various, but as non-italian I would appreciate a bit of more salty selection :) Parking is convenient, the owner is very polite and pleasant to communicate with.

Loved the location, small town with all amenities within walking distance, Fermo an historical town is only 15 minutes away and well worth a visit for the panoramic view and a walk round it’s charming sites. Need to Speak good Italian, off the usual tourist track, unspoilt tranquil, haven would recommend! Delightful place to visit and a good base for looking round the Abruzzo area.

The beach is incredible.
The beach is incredible. We visited the "free" beach, rather than patronize one of the spots owned by the various restaurants with umbrellas and food/drink to order, but it didn't matter. The water was warm (mid September), and clear, and was perfect for a dip, some exercise or just to wade in and look for shells. Not crowded at this time of the year. Quiet and lovely!
Food is plentiful along the beach strip, and a walk in the evening is quiet and lovely, with a well-lit path through the centre of the tourism district.
Perfect for a late-night gelato!

The owners showed up immediately when we called them upon arrival and gave us the keys. There was a private garage to park our car out of the sun. From the apartment to the private beach was a minute on foot so very easy to access. The apartment itself was on the ground floor so there were no steps to enter which made it easy with luggage.
the property is in a perfect location —the beach is a block away and so many great beach bars and restaurants nearby.
The hosts had a variety of juices and light snacks available in the kitchen which was an unexpected homey touch. we loved our stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This hotel needs massive renovation. It may have had 4 start 40 years ago, but today it’s a 2 star at best. Breakfast is just sad. A few scrambled eggs, a couple do boiled eggs, some cold cut and cheeses, and a plethora of prepackaged snacks and sweets.
Perfume do Mar is a great location for your stay in Porto San Giorgio. Super central, easy to reach and close to most beaches and bars/restaurants. The owners and staff are super nice and welcoming. Very clean facility, nicely furnished/decorated.

The hotel is in a great location by the beach with ample parking. The rooms are large and most have a decent view. TV & Internet is good. The are restaurants nearby, in fact an excellent one just opposite (excelletn food).
The apartment is located right in front of the beach and is well-equipped for a short to medium stay during holidays. The host was very responsive and made our stay comfortable.
