Went to a lovely & friendly restaurant here, one evening.
The rubbish & recycling system is quite daunting.
Around the apartments, the external bins are kept locked apart from just as the rubbish is collected.
Very warm and helpful owners! Enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very clean and well taken care of. Nice garden with plants. Comfortable and clean bed and in the living room sofa with table and a tv. Hot water for shower. Kitchen clean and equipped with all facilities! Even coffee. Quiet area eventhough 10 minutes walk away from the historical center of Monterotondo. Also near Rome center, easily reachable by public transport.
Whilst the property was very stylish and certainly met our needs for an overnight stay, the most outstanding element was the superb service provided by the host and manager. Due to the late arrival of our flight into Rome, we arrived in Monterotondo very late and the hosts were very generous in guiding us to the accommodation, assisting us to park and personally introducing us to the facilities in the apartment.
I went to Monterotondo for a wedding, and the customer service is INCREDIBLE! Such nice and caring people that helped me a lot. Thank you Elenia and everyone, you're a 10/10. You really make people feel like home, and make the place something really special.
