Easy to find, and great location for Chianti region, Siena, views and windling roads! The hotel does not serve dinner, but the restaurant next door does, same parking. Easy parking in general, easy to load/unload and then park. Good breakfast. Not warm, but some fruit, yougurt etc. Rustic charm, photos a little styled compared to reality. Easy check in /out. Small fridge. Internet so so in room, better downstairs. Garden room was ok for traffic, there is a larger road close.. Overall a nice stay on route (2 nights).

It is run by 3 generations of family. All very passionate about providing an outstanding experience to guests.
Felt like home from the moment we arrived.
We'll be back with the rest of our family.
The property is located a few minutes away from the town of Monteroni d'Arbia. Most importanly it is so central to visit Siena, Montepuliciano, Pienza, San Quirico d'orca and Montalcino and the hot springs at Bagno San Filippo.

We were very pleased.
We were very pleased. The host and hostess were so welcoming and patient with us despite our inability to speak Italian. Very gracious. They gave us a great recommendation to the winery, Santa Giulia winery—wine very much in keeping with our taste, a great education in wine making in the region from our hostess. Santa Giulia is a winery run by a beautiful family upholding a multi generational tradition. We drank wine to children laughing throwing water balloons. Il Canto di Sole treated us well and fed us like family. Very high praises.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, it is one of the most beautiful location we all have ever seen in Tuscany !
The houses are big and confortable and the pool area is the dream come true.
We were getting married a few days after and it was the perfect place to settle down and to get some rest before the Dday, with my husband, some friends and our families, who rented other houses.
Thank you so much to Enrichietta and Ian for making our stay so nice and easy, it was a pleasure and we will definitely come back !
Jana was extremely helpful in finding a friend to transport myself and my bicycle about 19 miles to the hotel because of very bad and personally dangerous weather. She also figured out how to get me to my next destination by public transportation again because of bad weather. The restaurant was very good as well as breakfast. They had a secure place for my bicycle during the night. The room wax fine. I got a good night’s sleep.
The apartment is situated in picturescue place with view on Siena. There is a lovely small garden where one can enjoy the dinner and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment well equiped with everything one can need in a daily life. And the host tried to provide us with everything we needed.
It is a beautiful place to live. The facilities and furniture of the farmhouse are so in harmony with the Tuscany scenery. The service are perfect and the coffee was pure Italian, everything ist just so nice. Absolutely one of our best memories.
