Everything was perfect! The house was wonderful and really clean. It had everything we needed and more. The host was very helpful in every way. The location was very good. It was easy to get around by car and the trip to Pisa only took a moment.

The staff were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was given dinner when I arrived after a late flight. They also booked taxis for us, working hard to get them even though it was mega busy.

The location was superb a 10 minute walk to the walls if you use the short cut so make sure you ask for directions it’s very easy . Lots of free parking , a nice garden and pool ,smart reception area and most of all the most amazing staff . Without exception the standard of the staff was extremely high, so friendly, so helpful nothing too much trouble and always a smile on their faces. Well done Francesco you and your team are fabulous. Breakfast was really good. Nice clean rooms and beach towels provided. Highly recommend
