Fantastic location for the beach and bus to Pisa and bars and cafes. Lovely garden with the smell of Jasmine and delightful to sit and relax. Good kitchen and cooking facilities. The host Francesco was very kind and we were able to stay to the afternoon on the day of departure.This was really convenient and relaxing.

Great stay, lovely studio one street back from the marina with sea views from the balcony. The property is more suited to couples or families with older children as the bedrooms/studios are split between each side of the main staircase, with the bathroom between. Would definitely stay again, Maria and her daughter were excellent hosts who left us everything that we would need (plus some extra gifts!) and the communication was great.

The owner is very nice and helpful. Our room was small, but suitable for a short stay over the weekend. The location is really nice, close to bars, restaurants, bus stop and of course to the sea.
I recommend, we really had a good time here.
The city of Marina di Pisa itself is not so much worth...
The city of Marina di Pisa itself is not so much worth seeing, but the beach is amazing for a suburb of Pisa. The water is so clean and blue, we really enjoyed. There are also very good restaurants in Marina di Pisa and excellent ice cream. I can recommend the restaurant "C'era una volta" which is close to the hotel. Sometimes you have to reserve a table for the next day because it is so busy at lunch time.

This property was amazing!!! Views from our room were everything. We had full sea view from living room and bedroom. We purchased the apartment 1 bedroom with sea view. Looked just like pictures and many restaurants within 5 min walking distance all over.

Ideal for gourmets, from veg to fish from hills,land&sea. Very clean water and a maritime pine forest make it a linear village surrounded by nature

We had a lovely reception from Enrico and the rooms were great for one night. There was no tea/coffee facilities as advertised but it was not a big issue. There is a lovely outside area to sit in to enjoy the sun. Only one of the bathrooms of the two rooms we booked had an issue with the toilet. We left early so was unable to advise Enrico of the issue. We had a great meal at the Rustica pizzeria.

M\rina di Pisa was a beautiful place but we stayed from 12/19th Sept 2022 and the resort was extremely quiet, we later found out that the area finishes its season at the end of August.
Our accomodation and host were excellent and very helpful to us ordering a taxi etc.
Just for further information you cannot travel on the local buses without having purchased a ticket in advance which was very inconvenient

Marina Di Pisa is one of our favourite places to stay, our stay this time we sadly had to cut short because the accommodation standard was so poor.
There are afew very good restaurants serving fresh fish, pasta and best pizza at La Rustica and Zenit bar to watch the fabulous sunsets from, perfect.
Elena is very friendly and warm host. We travelled by bicycle and it was no problem to stall our bikes save in the garden. Elena recommended us a really nice fish restaurant as well.
The room was nice and clean! The building is beautiful. Marina the Pisa is a nice and calm place when you compare it to the beaches near Viareggio.
Its nice and peaceful location next to sea and one of the best cafe!!

Owner is really kind and helpful lady, we stuck in pisa due to public transport strike however she specially came to pickup us to commute back to the hotel.

The place is really cosy and very close to the beach. We just stayed a night but we feel it is a really nice place. The host was very thoughtful and presented us with some gifts for us and and for the kids too. The host provided recommendations and was very helpful. The place is very clean and well taken care of.
Hosted by a very nice family in an independent, new, modern, small, well-equipped 1 bedroom flat located 100 meters from Marina di Pisa's white pebble beach. They had some nice drinks waiting in the fridge which these weary traveller's appreciated.

Excellent location, right in front of the sea. Beach is not fine sand, but full of small round white stones- beautiful. Loved the swims. Small tourist class hotel, very clean, basic breakfast. Very gentle personnel. We have seaview with French balcony, quite. Basic rooms
The location right at the sea was amazing. The owner was super super friendly, offering breakfast for free. Even when arriving to late, unanounced we were welcomed warmly. The beach just in front of the room was amazing!

Right across the street from the beach. Lots of good restaurants also near by. Free parking is also possible. The facility itself is nice and basic. Our room even had a view of the sea!
Great location - next to a nice beach with lots of restauraunts and a supermarket. Easy access to Pisa, Florenece and Lucca. A lovely well equipped and comfortable place to stay.
