We liked this property, it has some parking space, it's easy to get to and the location is perfect (basically beach front). The staff was great and helped us a few times during the stay, fulfilled all our requests, always politely smiling and made us feel welcomed at all times. The cleanliness was impeccable and amongst the highest standards we can recognise. I can't stress this enough on how important I believe it is: even if parts of our stay were bumpy, the staff really made a big difference since before the arrival (with clear communication) until we left.
WE also liked:
- the sea view, a pleasure to wake up in the morning and look outside into the deepest blues of the Tirreno Sea
- the breakfast, many options (some looked handmade!) and the breakfast staff exceeded expectations in terms of quality and availability. The only suggestion would be a quicker/friendlier toaster device.
- we did some laundry there, the cost is ok and we were satisfied with the results

We got a double room so lots of space and a balcony. Location is almost at the ocean. Everything clean, wifi works well, a/c is good, breakfast standard italian.
There is an extra room in the basement for bikes which is super convenient.

It was a studio apartment not just a room. It was very large and comfortable, there was a kitchen's sink, a table for 4 people, and sofa. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and a small TV, and there was a large bathroom . A secured car park was also available.

The apartment was well equipped , it was clean and the value of the price was convenient . Outside furniture made us relax a lot under the sun. The host was responsive and provided the best list for restaurants in the zone. For breakfast thats on payment of 11euros we got at the gate in the basket typical yougurts, ricotta, jam, bread and seasonal fruits. We enjoyed our stay and if back will definately stay again here

It was a nice facility close to the beaches. There is a great gelato shop right across the street. It was quiet and very relaxing stay. As in all Italian cities there are lots of pizza restaurants. We did find a very quaint and nice restaurant within walking distance that was very enjoyable and very unique called Lo Scacciapensieri. We enjoyed our stay very much

Hotel room was very good. Bed, shower was just fine. Breakfast was more than satisfactory. Croissant, rolls, yoghurt, fruit. No eggs though. After one night we switched from a la cart menu to the pensioners menu. Special thanks to the lady receptionist for her help and excellente and the elderly waiter who was just excellent.
The house is far from Marina di Grosseto, you will need a car or a bike to go to the beach. In the courtyard are two houses, but it isn t a sign to see witch of them is Corte degli Angeli.The kitchen has all you need, but it is for all the guests. The rooms are very nice!
the hotel is nice, the room is a bit old fashioned but ok, the garden is very nice and well maintained, the hotel beach is very good, there is a big children play area next to the hotel
