The hotel is located in a very small town, within 10-15 minutes drive to some hiking and to the lakes. There is one restaurant in the town, food was delicious. The place is really dog friendly which we appreciated. Room was excellent, it was big and modern with all facilities. It just missed a fridge, but you can rent it for extra cost.

Views from the room are great, facilities are comfortable and very clean. Room was the perfect size for one guest. The host was kind and helpful - especially after I booked the room while on my way there (so, like, 20 minutes prior). She also helped me with DolomitiBus timetable, despite not speaking English.

Garna d'Alpago exceeded our expectations and our only regret of our holiday is that we did not stay long enough here. Samuel and his family were extremely helpful, communicative and friendly. We arrived quite late on a Sunday after a long day of driving and enjoyed a lovely dinner at a restaurant nearby that he recommended. We had a lot of washing to do and Samuel could recommend the best laundrette to go to that was open so late. The breakfast that Samuel's family prepared and the bread he baked was the best breakfast we had in Italy. We hope we can return again soon.
