The breakfast was great - lots of variety fruit, bread, danishes ie croissants, ham, cheese etc. Slightly expensive compared to UK hotel but good for a four star Italian hotel. Very enjoyable. Some staff very hospitable.

The room in Francesca's own house was very comfortable. She was very helpful recommending local restaurants, and the B&B is within easy walking distance to the town centre. Breakfast was substantial. Highly recommend the property.

The scenery around Podere Pansera is beautiful, offering a serene and picturesque environment. One staff member, a woman who seemed to take on various roles from cleaning to serving breakfast, was the highlight of our stay. She genuinely tried to accommodate all of our legitimate requests, despite the numerous issues we encountered. Her efforts to help and make our stay more comfortable were appreciated. Unfortunately, this was the only positive aspect of our experience at this property.
