A great family friendly place to visit with lovely walks, shops and friendly people.
A safe feel with many interesting places to discover.
Be careful on parking, some are very expensive.
Best parking is a few moments from Conad supermarket and directly opposite from an Irish bar.
Great eateries, especially Fondi with budget friendly daytime eats or aperitivo menus

Frascati is a fabulous town, which has a village like feel, but with everything a city has. It's a very friendly and helpful community.
The train station is close by and only 35 minutes to Rome.
Your treated like a local after a couple of visits to cafes and restaurants,
which is lovely.
As we walk everywhere, Frascati is a great place for this.
After three visits to this town, I'm sure it won't be our last visit.

Perfect little town to use as a base for visiting Rome and the surrounding area. Great transport links to Rome and Ciampino airport. Great place to escape from the chaos of Rome's tourist scene with plenty of places to eat, drink, explore and relax. Everyone we met was very friendly and kind and the town has a close community feel to it that is very warm and welcoming.

On arriving we spoke to someone at the apartment who called Massimo & he arrived soon after. Frascati is a lovely, friendly town with easy access by train (30 mins) to Rome.
Our room was spacious, airy & very clean. The bathroom was great, plenty of towels & the shower always very hot.
The shared kitchen was very handy. Our safety deposit box did not work but we got by without. Massimo was looking to have it fixed.
Thankyou Massimo for your lovely accommodation.

Wonderful place to visit and can be used to explore Rome by commuting by train. The town is renowned for its excellent food with many great restaurants, e.g. La Bottega Frascatana. There are also very nice boutique shops with quality and original items. The weather is usually great and the air is fresh compared to much more polluted Rome.

Frascati is a wonderful quaint old town with a little piazza
There are many restaurants all serving really good authentic food
The trains from Frascati to Rome termini run every hour 2hours on a Sun) the journey is roughly 40mins.
Thanks to Massimo, (owner), our stay was very pleasant. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable in our room even upgraded the kitchen facilities! Thank you so much for your great attention and hospitality Massimo!
b&b Theodora is optimaly located in Frascati close to everything including railwaystation taking you to Rome. Breakfast at closeby bar was very nice.
Would definitely stay here again, although we stayed on other places before in lovely Frascati - a gem 30 min away from the hustle and bustle of busy Rome.
Absolutely loved the hotel! The reception staff were amazing especially Germana and Martina, I didn’t get to ask anyone else’s name but everyone was so lovely and welcoming. The cleaner was an absolute star! We came to Italy for our anniversary and although we had planned to go to Rome the station was a bit far and out of our budget but we absolutely loved the hotel and the staff
Perfect location in the center of Frascati old town. The room planning of the apartment is very functional, ergonomic and practical, but at the same time cozy. Good idea to use hangers instead of a big wardrobe, as well as open shelves instead of closets - to have a good overview on belongings and avoid forgetting. Breakfast is tasty and optimal, very good coffee!
Charming 19th century hotel with beautiful spacious rooms and suites furnished with style. Nice location close to the train station and the city centre, with many good restaurants and pubs around. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, cheese and delicatessen, fruits, and a variety of Italian pastries. Courteous and helpful staff.
Very available and nice staff catered to every need. I will be staying here frequently. Its a quaint place in the center of town so you can walk everywhere once you park in their garage which is essential in Frascati especially on the weekends where parking is at a premium. Wifi was solid which is rare in Frascati. 50-60 mpbs
The bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean every day and the people from Homescape were kind. The area was convenient and the people from Homescape gave me nice recommendations for activities in Frascati.
5 out of the 6 nights I stayed were perfect, the last night was bad due to the other guest.
The panoramic views are breathtaking and the location is key. Can be to Rome within a short drive, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the night. Also, the wines are fantastic and so is the family that operates the vineyard. The apartment was ample and had everything that was needed.
Excellent location, next to train station which goes straight to Rome. Air conditioning not working so have to sleep with window open which can be very noisy. Breakfast has a small selection but enough to get you started for the day. Very clean but basic rooms. Hotel is great as a base.
Breakfast was good, with a generous selection. The hotel was spotless and well kept, the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was reasonably priced, with excellent quality food and service. We loved the hotel and Frascati, both of which were true ‘finds’
We stayed at a different location from Antica Terazza, in Hotel Bellavista. It is very close both to train station and the main square, with a great cafe downstairs. Facilities were not very new, but everything was very clean and comfortable. And very friendly staff!
Nothing!! No way is this hotel 4*
I had a mediocre breakfast in my room, just 1 small cup of of coffee, chopped melon & pineapple (ok) and a croissante and jam, no butter. Cost 12 euros!
Staff seem miserable as if the hotel is going under!!
Super clean. Spotlessly clean. Recently renovated rooms. Big and neat front and back yard. Parking in the gated yard. Convenient for going to the area east of Rome. Competitive price. A very good value.
The staff was very kind. The beds very large and very comfortable, with a great view over Rome. The showers were also very clean and with good water pressure. Free breakfast was included.
The location in the heart of Frascati was great...many restaurants are nearby, the train station is close, and the rooms are spacious. I would stay here again if I am in the area.
