Depending on if the photos for the farmstay were updated or not, don't let them fool you! This is a very beautiful location. We saw a photographer taking pictures while we were here - maybe to update the photos for the listing.
There were many positives about this stay! The location itself is amazing; the farm itself is on top of a hill and has a very beautiful scene in all directions. Additionally, the farmstay is a short drive from one of the most beautiful beaches that I have ever seen.
The rooms exceeded my expectations for cleanliness for a farmstay. Very modern and clean aesthetic!
The dinner was amazing wih lots of options to choose from!

Communication was quick and easy. You can park your car in front of the house. Room and bathroom were clean, nice surroundings. There is a kitchen for guests. There is a few possibilities of restaurant close to the accommodation.

Amazing, if it would be possible I would give 11/10. The apartments were super comfortable, in the bathrooms there are shampoos and shower gels of own production and they are super nice. The house and garden is beautiful (looks better than in pictures). The breakfast food is so yummy especially the ricotta was definitely the best I have ever eaten. The hosts are so kind and provide guests with all information.

We lived in brand new room, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was shining like in a movie. The room had mosquito nets on windows which is really rare for Italian hotels.
Our booking included half board, we really enjoyed the dishes that we offered for the dinner, as there is a menu with antipasti, first, second dishes, salads, so a person can order 1 dish from each section. The vine isn’t included but can ordered additionally. We took a bottle of red house vine for €18, it was outstanding. We enjoyed the landscapes and the hospitality.
We loved that is is family operated hotel. The food was home cooked and fabulous. The place is very well kept and inviting. My daughters enjoyed the park they have and the animals, specially the horse. The horse loved to be pet! The view of the olive trees during dinner made it special. We were greatful to learn that the owners spoke Spanish.
Welcoming and friendly staff, strategic position to reach the nearest beaches in Fonteblanda and Alberese. At least one negative point: the bed linen maybe suitable for tropics but not for a rather cool Italian spring time. Breakfast served with option for sweet and saultry products.
My room has been renovated and was very clean, with everything you need! This can be a great option if you need to stay overnight or plan to explore the area by car.
