I chose this place as I had to visit friends in the sorroundings. Location is very nice, the building quite typical but very poorly maintained. the bedroom was extremely old fashioned, with very basic and cheap furniture. Bathroom is very small, not practical and the shower is old and seems dirty... I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. the staff is kind but does not show any empathy to guests. we also had dinner at the place: the food was simple but quite good (I would recommend meat and especially the rabbit)

An amazing location with stunning views out over the olive groves to the coast beyond. We were lucky enough to be the only guests staying at the time, and Saskia was a fantastic host; lovely healthy breakfasts, there when you wanted to chat or get some much needed local advice but also discrete when you wanted some space to yourself. Given that the house was bought relatively recently it's amazing how much progress they've been able to make so far. This really is a perfect base from which to explore the many wonders of Le Marche... from the mountains to the sea... and our favourite find, the Lago di Cingoli nature reserve.
The host, Samantha and Luca, were so nice. We had a nice vacation in Cingoli staying at their B&B in a surrounding of full of nature. They served delicious diner and breakfast which were beyond our expectation. The husband Luca always surprises us by letting us see magnificent stars at night, taking sunset pictures with a drone, and cooking BBQ for us.
I stayed for one day in Cingoli. The B&B is located on a very nice and quiet road. Wonderful and modern apartment with a very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. Last but not least, the host is amazing. I will choose CINGVLVM next time I go back to Cingoli.
