We liked the location, the fact that we had a designated parking space underneath the apartment building, the cleanliness of the apartment, the range of facilities and the fact that the apartment was bright and airy, but still warm and very cosy.

The hotel is clearly aimed at business traveller or groups staying before or after airport.
Rooms are comfortable but the was no restaurant or bar as advertised.
Breakfast was acceptable but beware the Far Eastern tour group who stripped breakfast in first half hour and were very noisy with late arrival.
We would not use this hotel again.

This is a perfect spot for a comfortable, relaxing, lovely evening near the airport but in a quiet area. The host provided everything we needed including various pastries and cereals for breakfast, beverages, and great toiletries (where can I buy that olive oil-infused shampoo!?) The apartment was spacious, super clean, and easy to access.

I went to Busto Arsizio to visit family.
I went to Busto Arsizio to visit family. The city is very nice with an interesting downtown with a variety of shopping options and lots of bars and coffee shops. The basilica of San Giovanni is a gem as well as other old churches in the area.
Overall I was very happy with my stay and I would definitely stay here again when in transit to/from Milan-Malpensa (MXP) Airport. The apartment is a 5-minute walk (OK, maybe 8 minutes with luggage) from 'Busto Arsizio Nord' train station from where there are frequent trains to the airport or to the central train station in Milan. There is a big supermarket close by in case you need to buy some things. The hosts are very responsive in case you need to get in touch with them.
Exceptionally clean, comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood in the center of the town, 10-15 min to the both train stations. Shared espresso machine and a milk shaker for cappuccino.
The room was cleaned every day, and it looks like it’s compulsory, because I asked not to clean it, as it was a short stay. All in all, a great place to enjoy Milano and Stresa, and Busto Arsizio, with easy and fast transport access.

there is free parking within the apartment and we had a dog that was with us in the apartment and where we did not pay extra for the dog because the owners are big dog lovers.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.
We chose Busto Arsizio as it was outside Milan, but easy to reach by train from the airport. We only stayed for 2 nights, but enjoyed our time wandering around the town. There are plenty of bars and restaurants to reach by foot.
Roberta went out of her way to reply quickly to our messages, and welcomed us at 1:00am after our flight was delayed. She helped us with the Italian coffee machine, which was much appreciated. She gave us local tips and guided us to the Busto Arsizio train station for our journey the next morning.

The breakfast, which is out of my expectation, is still good enough. And the related service provided by this hotel is fantastic and considerate. Apart from that, the hotel is located near to the train station which offers me large convenience in traveling to Milan center and airport.
This is a very nice apartment in the center of Busto Arsizio. Very close to everything. Walking distance from the railway station and city center.
From here, you can easily reach Milano (45 minutes to Milano Centrale by train). Also very close to the airport (10 minutes by train).
Location is good, if you want to stay near Malpensa Airport (15 minutes by train and only 4 euro). Owner was super friendly and kind, I loved talking to him. Had the chance to practice my Italian. Room is quiet, although some street noise could be heard. Busto Arsizio is a nice place.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to Malpensa Airport. The breakfast is nice and the rooms are very cosy. The air-conditioning warmed up the room really well, and the beds are very comfortable.
The breakfast was sketchy. The hotel staff was amazing but they had a problem keeping fresh food available for the number of guests. You can’t serve bacon in a buffet at 4 pieces at a time.
