The location of the property was perfect, it had lovely views and was right near a small shop and bar with only a 10 minute drive to the closest larger town. Armanda was a wonderful host and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We could not ask for more.

Everything. Host was very friendly. This was a one night stop off to see the Dolomites and my boys loved it. Extra bonus was the EV charging port so we were able to put our car on charge overnight and drive all the way through the Dolomites on our way home.

Belluno is a lovely little town and the surrounding area has much to offer.
I was there for work so little time to explore , Great ice cream at Novecento ( Astra hotel).
The accommodation I stayed in Dolomite suite) spoilt the experience but the kindness of the staff of the hotel I moved was reassuring and ensured my safety.

It is a charming village, bigger than most in the area, but some parts of the historic centre are in terrible disrepair. There are lots of bars and gelato shops, but too few restaurants that actually serve warm meals. Most good restaurants have all the tables reserved by locals in the evening, so it is a bit of a struggle to eat out on a whim. Also, the restaurants serve lunch and dinner according to a fixed schedule, so don't even think of having pizza or pasta at 4 or 5 in the afternoon!
This was a treat! Who needs Tuscany when you can come here and have the best of everything. Friendly, attentive hosts, some of the best breakfast food I had in Italy, Prosecco made on site (so was all the breakfast food fyi) comfortable and quiet rooms, a full kitchen and all the hiking you could want for days! Make this place a priority!
Flexible check-in. This was much appreciated when our flight was delayed meaning after 2200 arrival.
Great views - overlooking Dolomites range above Belluno.
Excellent breakfast - particularly liked the homegrown figs & cheese + salami produced on the farm.
Owner seemed a lovely lady.
This is our "go to" place in Italy. Tony is a spectacular host, and the location couldn't be more beautiful. The rooms have been upgraded since we last stayed five years ago, and were very comfortable. The highlight of the place is Tony's warm hospitality and the spectacular location!
Didn't realise we were booking such a lovely hotel in a beautiful town! Great location close to the main square, room and bathroom were great, lovely breakfast, great laundry service
