We have been visiting Hotel Palace intermittently for several years, and it remains our go-to hotel whenever we visit family and friends in Battipaglia. The service is consistently friendly, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained.
One of the highlights of our stay is always the breakfast. The variety and quality of the offerings are superb, and it's an extra special treat when they serve buffalo mozzarella—absolutely delicious!
Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal as it is close to Lido Mediterraneo, which is our favourite beach close to the area. This convenience makes our visits even more enjoyable.

Stayed one night, just sleep over on our way home. Big room, good bed, nice family hotel. The room was really clean. The location near the highway, so very convenient for us. Young girl, probably ovners doughter, brought us sparkling water for welcome, very nice gesture. Recommend this hotel totally.

This is beautiful quiet place, with access to the a wide beach which is very clean and excellent maintained and most importantly, free for the guests, as the parking is, too.
The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. Their restaurant offers excellent meals, local cuisine and fresh seafood. The personnel is kind, friendly and helpful and provides a very good service. We felt like home during our stay here.
The place itself can be a base for exploring the attractions of the area, being close enough to Salerno and Pestum. It was at hand for us to visit Pompeii, Ercolano and the Amalfi coast by boat, from Salerno.

Battipaglia is a city with a pulse! On the weekends the streets are teaming with people. Young and old flock to the many outdoor places for food and drink. There are tons of shops for those who love that activity as part of their trip. Exceptional coffee and Ground Zero for foodies who want to taste the true mozzarella di Buffalo you can put this on your list. This is the heart of this region. Between the pastries and the mozzarella it is a real eating adventure.
Battipaglia is a relatively new city constructed after WWII. It is a bit gritty and doesn't have the glitz and glitter of Tuscany or other large cities that have managed to "dress up" for the tourist trade, but if you want to experience THE SOUTH it's worth the trip.
2-3 days in Battipaglia is an adequate stay for tourists. Freccia Rossa, the Italian high speed train now goes directly to Battipaglia. You can walk off the train and in a block's distance you find yourself literally in the heart of the city. You won't need a car and its proximity by boat to the Amalfi Coast is truly a great plus. In good weather it's a wonderful excursion to see Amalfi from the sea.

Parking in town can be very difficult
This hotel was a very enjoyable stop in our trip to Calabria. The bed was firm but very comfortable. The air conditioning made it very pleasant. Fantastic accommodations. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We wanted a convenient and good place for dinner and Vito recommended the pizza restaurant across the street. It did not disappoint! I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant

- The hotel works on reviews. There were a lot of reviews about poor breakfast, with no warm dishes. So, there are now omelet and sausage, and they refill them. There also now some Wi-fi not only in public areas but also in rooms. It's weak, but at least it exists already.

- Not busy beach, not that many people, nice view.
Very pleasant and welcoming host, we've arrived very late and there was no issue regarding chek in. We received a lot of information on things to do and how to order food at the residence. We could still use the pool, although it was after 7, usually this is not the case in Italy. A nice breakfast in the morning and very professional hosts. The residence was well maintained and felt like a hotel.
This month I used this hotel twice due it is close to the motorway. It has good parking with security cameras and locked door. The breakfast was very nice with excellent service from the staff. Al exceptionally clean hotel. Air condition works perfect and the internet was very good.
Property is countryside. Very beautiful and quiet. Helpful accommodating hostess. Still sending us information regarding our trip after leaving Battipaglia! Quick easy drive to Pompeii and Naples. Would recommend a stay at this lovely property with very helpful hostess.
We always stay here when visiting my family in Battipaglia. We find the hotel, location and staff excellent for our needs. We always try to get a room overlooking the Tusciano River and, on good days we leave the balcony door open to hear the sound of rushing water.
Only stayed 1 Night the Staff were great very helpful, Single Room with breakfast, which was good, little tip Italian 2 pin plugs aren't the same as elsewhere in Europe, not all Adapters work, i borrowed one off the Hotel. There's a nice restaurant around the corner.
Marco was an incredible host, very attentive and he made us feel welcome and at home. The apartment was superb and great value. Spent a lovely time in Battipaglia, everything we needed from bars, shops and transport was conveniently close by. GRAZIE Marco.
It’s a relatively big proper hotel, with most facilities (pool, restaurant, dry cleaning, reception). It’s on one of the main roads about 8-10 minutes by cab from the train station. Breakfast is nice and staff were friendly.
The location was ideal because I could travel easily to Paestum to the south, Eboli in the mountains, and Salerno and the Amalfi Coast to the north. The people in Battipaglia generally were friendly and hospitable.
Amazing hotel, huge room everything is clean and looks new and fresh, plenty of free parking, good breakfast and comfortable beds.

We had a great stay at Villa Napoli - a little Oasis in the busy Battipaglia with lime trees, beautiful flowers and a wonderful and behaved dog called Lucky. Can’t recommend enough, really good value.
State of art hotel, modern and good facilities. Excelent breakfast. Plenty of parking. First hotel I have seen with USB A and C charging points at bed side. It has an upscale restaurant.
Cental location in Battipaglia that is close to the station, central piazza and to all the shops. The room was neat and tidy with a nice little balcony.
