By far the best experience on our 2 weeks Abruzzo trip. The apartment is very cosy, super clean and well equipped. The very friendly host Francesco gave us many tips and took us out for a drink at the local bar. One day we explored the Grotta di Stiffe and the next day we went hiking a Grand Sasso nearby.
We will always remember his warm hearted hospitality and thank him so much. It's one of these seldom experiences where you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend. We will be back!!

Accommodation was great and set in a small village with a great community atmosphere. It far and away exceeded what we needed but would definitely suit a large family group.

My time in Barisciano was limited to my stay at Convento di San Colombo and my travels through the town. The people I encountered were very friendly and the surrounding area (Gran Sasso....) is stunning.
Continental breakfast was ok but not brilliant. The restaurant is good. I liked the location and the hotel in general and the staff were friendly and efficient.
