We ate at the hotel restaurant and it was really good, Recommend it 100%.

Staff was cold and ineffective. Waited 35 minutes at the bar for water as none was made available with the room, and locals kept cutting in front of us so we gave up and risked drinking tap water. One towel was given for the two of us. Room service was pushing us out 30 minutes before checkout. Breakfast was very nice for 20-euro.

Assago is a featureless suburb of Milan, with only modern plaza-type buildings. Do not go here looking for history or beauty. It is functional, has many shops and (American-style)restaurants. I found it soul destroying; I only stopped here because it was convenient for my long car journey.

I actually didn't see much of Assago as I had come for an exposition. The nearby area of H2C ist just shopping mall, cinema and food stores... and a lot under construction. So maybe in a few month and especially in summer it might look more beautiful.
Walking space is actually less, as most of the area seemed to be only parking space...
Our Milan excursion was almost a dream come true. Initially, the hotel's facade exuded the charm of a typical 4-star establishment, with its modern lobby promising a delightful stay. However, reality struck hard upon entering our assigned room. Mold marred the walls, carpets were grimy, and the bathroom fixtures were corroded beyond recognition. Disheartened, we sought refuge at the reception, where swift action saw us relocated to another room. (Take a look at the attached pictures)
Casa Mina is the perfect accomodation if you look to stay nearby Assago. It is also good to stay if you want to go in the city center as there is the metro stop 5 min walking distance.
The house is really nice and modern with all comforts you need. You really feel at home! The host is really friendly and always keen to help in any request.
I would definitely stay again in the future.

Wonderful breakfast and good service. Very clean facilities. The staff provided very good service, always with a smile. Good location next to the Milanofiori shopping center that has all the restaurants and a supermarket. 5 min walk from the metro station.
Great host, nice apartment...great balcony with table and chairs. Unexpectedly fridge was full of water, milk and juice, very nice surprise for someone on travel. Great coffee and Mokka available ! Will visit them again next time when approaching Milano.
The hotel was basically fine but very far from anything and pretty depressing location. Except for near a convention center. So if you have business there then fine. There is a nice mall with shops a short walk. But thats all.
The inside of the hotel is really nice. The room was also nice and very spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff really nice as well. Perfect location for events at the Forum.
Chechkin and checkout were fairly simple, the rooms were well equipped, clean and comfy. In walking vincinity to the Mediolanum Forum, which was the main reason we booked this place.

5 minutes walk to metro station. Very convenient to go to the city center for most of the landmarks of Milan! Few minutes drive to shopping center even better! Modern hotel.
The short ride on the metro to get to Royal Gardens was well worth it for a reduced rate as compared to Milan City Center. The hotel and it's grounds were beautiful.
