The room was clean, the entire hotel maintained and the staff helpful. The hotel is very close to the subway, just be aware that it runs every 30 minutes on Sundays.

The apartment was clean and located in a quiet area. It was near the subway station, and for only 1 Euro, you could park there and travel downtown. There is a private playground in front of the entrance to the building. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you needed. We wanted to extend our stay in this cozy apartment, but unfortunately, it was fully booked.

Staff was cold and ineffective. Waited 35 minutes at the bar for water as none was made available with the room, and locals kept cutting in front of us so we gave up and risked drinking tap water. One towel was given for the two of us. Room service was pushing us out 30 minutes before checkout. Breakfast was very nice for 20-euro.

Assago is a featureless suburb of Milan, with only modern plaza-type buildings. Do not go here looking for history or beauty. It is functional, has many shops and (American-style)restaurants. I found it soul destroying; I only stopped here because it was convenient for my long car journey.

I actually didn't see much of Assago as I had come for an exposition. The nearby area of H2C ist just shopping mall, cinema and food stores... and a lot under construction. So maybe in a few month and especially in summer it might look more beautiful.
Walking space is actually less, as most of the area seemed to be only parking space...
- Comfortable to Reach the bus stop around 1km and from there to reach assago forum
- Perfect cleaning of the room
- Staff available and responsive during working hours
- Commons space with all necessary to cook and well organized
- Bathroom Is great big and with nice shower

The hotel was far better than I expected when booking. I was looking for a relatively cheap hotel and found this one and was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. the rooms were big, lots of facilities and the 4 Stars are well deserved.
Very friendly staff, checked us in at 10 am, cleanliness, maximum comfort, a mall near the hotel, near the metro station, about 25 minutes by metro from the Central Station.
I like Belstay Hotel, staff was so friendly, special Thank you to Federico, ( young man with blue eyes 🙂). You made our stay in the hotel easier, perfect and comfortable.
The hotel is less than 5 minutes from Metro Line 2 which takes you straight into Milan.
