Very big house that allowed us to feel at home. It was very well equipped, with fans to avoid the heat and a big kitchen with all of the utilities. The area is super nice and quiet. Parking spot included.

Great stay. Facilities were great decent size room and the bed was big and comfortable. Can't comment on babies cot as we brought our own. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, a big of selection of sweet and savoury food, definitely worth paying 8€ for it. The late check out (12 o'clock) was just perfect for us having a little one who needed a nap mid morning. It's so handy to be able to park right in front of the room and even though it was busy, it was very quiet. Arona and the lake is nearby, literally just 10 mins straight down the road. Perfect for a weekend away:)

Angera is a small town with a nice park at the edge of the lake. Ferry terminal with regular crossings to Ancona ( 5 minutes on ferry ) which had a large choice of restaurants and cafes. Angera seemed very quiet and would be a good base for exploring the area.

Angera is a very pretty little town on Lake Maggiore, northern Italy. It's about 40 minutes from Milan Malpensa airport. It has good restaurants and a great gelateria. The Rocca is well worth visiting and a day on the lake is to be recommended.
What can I say we booked for 1 night and stopped for 4. The hotel is in a great location across from the lake in easy walking distance to the ferry and some beautiful walks. The rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean. The reception staff have been really helpful with advise were to visit and always asking how our day has been.
Breakfast is served on the three floor with a terrace overlooking the lake which just starts your day perfectly.

Everything. Martin and Nadja are the best owners I ever had in my bookings history. They care a lot of you, like person ,tourist, family member… Accomodation was clean, very nice renovation of old fisherman house. Place Angera is very quiet location for families, with a lot of possibilities. You can go swim, on bike, ferry, boat, castle, restaurants , nature around, be local in few minutes;)
