The apartment is very modern with a great kitchen and big bathroom. The owner came by 5 minutes after we arrived to see if everything was OK. The view from the aprtment is breathtaking.

The property was the best value for money accommodation we had during our whole tour of Iceland. We had a spacious triple, whereas other hotels crammed in another bed. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. We cannot fault our stay.
Situated in south-eastern Iceland, in the coastal town of Höfn, this hotel offers local cuisine and modern en-suite rooms with a flat-screen TV. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and free private parking.
Just 5 minutes’ drive from Höfn in south-east Iceland, this hotel is found along Route 1, close to the country’s largest glacier Vatnajökull.

Spacious and comfortable room with superb views of the glaciers.
Very good and complete breakfast.
Plenty of parking space.
Good location close to Hofn and the glacier lagoon.
Located by the harbour in Höfn, this property is surrounded by Hornafjördur’s outdoor activity possibilities. Guests can enjoy mountaineering, snowmobile glacier trips and ice climbing in the area.
Stafafell Nature Camp was what I expected. My only suggestion would be for them to trip the shrubs on the trails to the tents as they scrape against your bare legs. Having a clear clear to to your tent would be nice.
Stunning and secluded location away from the bustle of city life. Tents were clean and good size, plus dark enough during midnight sun season. The family who owns it was so personable and hospitable. Bathroom was immaculate by camping standards - flushing toilet and running water! Free coffee, tea in the stocked kitchen. Definitely would recommend for a rustic but comfy experience in peace.
A nice little cottage kinda in the middle of nowhere. Everything was as expected, if you are looking for privacy, where nothing (except another cottage like yours) and no one is within 500 meters, look no further. :-)
The landscape is just the usual Icelandic: awesome.
I really liked the floor plan, with the two separate bedrooms, and the relatively large living room.
The cottage is quite spacious and everything you need for a stay while touring Iceland. It is well situated close to Hofn and perfect for a stop before heading up the East coast. The view over the sheep fields in the morning is lovely !
The interior has an old farmhouse feel to it, not so modern but it is perfect how it is.
perfect location. surprisingly tent was very warm and comfortable. kitchen has enough utensils and a two burner to cook. owner is so friendly:)
wifi only works by reception area. But remember you get a campsite and tent shouldn't expect for wifi to work in the whole area.
This was our first time camping in Iceland. The views were amazing and so was the tent. It did get cold during the night but we were given a great set of sleeping bags so it didn’t affect us much. I love the outdoors so I loved camping here. I would definitely recommend
This was the only stay where we watched television as Netflix was available, thank you. A real bargain considering our itinerary. Liked our walk around the settlement of Stafafell. Was not looking for any glitz.
