I would have liked to have more time to get up in the mountains and hike, visit the glacier, and explore Vestmannaeyjar islands. The property was very convenient to explore many attractions, like Skogafoss and Seljalandsfoss, and also not too far for a day trip to Vik.
The restaurant experience and food were the best of our entire trip, we were welcomed and discussed wanting to see the northern lights. While at dinner the chef came and told us that the lights were active (unfortunately not for long) and that he would keep our food warm while we went out, we then got a knock on a hotel door approx. 30mins after leaving the restaurant and it was the chef again prompted the lights (PS. we got engaged under them)!
We appreciated the attentiveness and going that extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

It was in a lovely location, away from the main road and very quiet. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. We only stayed one night, the first in Iceland, and it was a fantastic start to our holiday.
All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Breakfast was the best we had all our holiday, freshly made and amazing.

The Hotel is amazing. Our room was spacious, comfortable and warm. The staff gave us a warm welcome once we arrived and was really helpful and professional. The building is very well maintained and remains in a very good condition, especially bringing the warm and cozy atmosphere. We visited the hot tubs outside and absolutely loved it. Breakfast had good choices of dishes and everything was delicious. Thank you, Hotel Anna for a wonderful experience.
This location was great. We arrived late at night and she had our key ready to go for our room. Everything has been renovated so was clean and very cute. Bathroom was huge, it's shared so that was a nice surprise. We stayed here two nights while traveling to the Westman Islands and seeing the local waterfalls. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was great! Also two dogs on property which was a great surprise and was an added bonus!
The location is perfect, just the view from the window is already amazing. Breakfast was great with lots of different options, and I would recommend staying for dinner which was easily the best on the trip so far. The apartment was new and well equipped. Both the beds and sofa bed were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I liked my location of my room on the first floor. The breakfast was filling and the dining room has a gorgeous view of the countryside. The breakfast was very nice and overall filling - I drove to Jokulsarlon/Glacier Lagoon in one go and didn't get hungry til lunch time. Other guests during my stay were courteous.

Nice breakfast and a calm cozy vibe overall. Took us about 2-3 hours to drive to Jökulsárlòn at the biggest glacier Vatnajökull and Diamond Beach from the hotel, beautiful drive as well.

It exceeded any expectations we had. Very attentive staff, restaurant at the hotel with one of the best meals we had in iceland. Amazing scenery around and very interesting about the hotel and Anna. On top of that very clean rooms and comfy beds.
Everything was clean. The house is very warm and welcoming. The owner was great, very friendly and kind. She cooked breakfast for us each morning and kept everything in great conditions.
