Room is spacious for 2 people. Bathroom floor is heated. They have a fridge and spacious cabinet big enough for a large luggage.
Buffet breakfast was really good, a lot options for a picky eater like me. Bonus point as we got to see the Northern lights in the 2 nights we stayed there.

A nice hotel, a bit fat away from the main street. For ne it was a plus, the hotel is in a really beautiful environment.
The staff was extremely friendly and nice.
I would recommend to everyone that plans to drive all the ring road and to ehi plans to stay some days for exploring the area.

We chose Fludir as a stop to go to Landmannalaugar. Not much too choose so we did not have too much expectations. Hotel looks nice and cosy. There is a hottub, that was nice. And you can get free bathrobes. The room is fine with a quite large flatscreen in comparison to the size of the apartment. Breakfast buffet included which was fine.
Leirubakki Hotel is a small and cozy hotel that offers great personalised service and a top location in the South of Icealand, near Hekla, the volcano.
