The room was very nice and spacious. The view of the fjord was breathtaking. Location was nice to spot whales.
In the evening we enjoyed the sunshine whilst Akureyri was already in a cold shadow.

A good place to stay for several days. We came here after 4 days of our Iceland journey and stayed there for 3 days. Comfortable, 3room modern-style apartment with a nice view. We also liked to listen Icelandic music on CDs that were there in the evenings. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary things. Comfortable beds. There were even binoculars for whale or birds observing!
Not so far from Husavik, Myvatn and Dalvic (we recommend Myvatn Nature Baths instead Blue Lagoon)

You can't ask for a better location in Akureyri than this smart little hotel. We got a warm welcome at the restaurant that's downstairs, and a had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was simple, but fresh and excellent. We also opted to eat at the restaurant, and can heartily recommend it. Spot on!

The price performance ratio was exceptional! The hotel is perfectly situated between old and new town, the room is modern and very cozy with a great bed. All employees were super friendly, breakfast had great variety with everything you need. The pool table made for a fun evening. By far one of the best hotels we had in Iceland.
