Staff was courteous and helpful, no doubt. However it was more mechanical than applied.
Food was good, but a variety wud have been appreciated.
Help on local sight seeing was forthcoming but should be more qualitative than summery.
Big balconies were welcome but were not useable as protection from monkeys was absent. Nets wud have helped, as was put in restaurant.
And the bath linen was not clean and lacked recycling care.

I had two days stay in the hotel.This hotel is in the middle of the forest.If someone is bored of the urban life this is one the finest place to relax and chill.It’s worth for 2 to 3 days stay.Few difficulties I found with the property is the accessibility.We have to travel around 2 to 3KM off-road to reach the property.I enjoyed it as I had an SUV with me,I believe this road will be quite difficult for small cars.
I had a feeling that the hotel could have organise some kind of activity for the customers like trekking or something else to spend some time on.
Overall my stay was pleasant and comfortable.I had a good time with brookside.cheers!!!!

Recommended by a friend and one of the best places I've been. Very pristine and local experience, unlike other commercialized hill stations in TN and Kerala. Weather was perfect. We went during monsoons but the rains added a new level to the experience.

There is no safety for customers roof tiles may fall on your head any time and in that case they provided alternative room which is inferior quality and low standards. Highly unsafe for children and elders. Management focus only on money making and no responsibility towards their fault.

I would probably only go here if you had a solid plan mapped out or a guide otherwise it’s very difficult to find things to do. Most of the attractions are things like a lake or a dam, if you’re looking for nature and trekking/hiking there’s only 1 or 2 here, would go to munnar instead of you’re on the hunt for something in the mountains/nature appreciation.

Vegetarians might find it difficult coz there are not many pure veg restaurants around. Surrounded by beautiful Greenery around is a treat to body & mind. Banasura dam, tea factory, hillview places are a must on your itenary.
My stay at The Leaves Resort in Wayanad was truly exceptional. This gem stands out as the best property in the area, boasting breathtaking views of a lush tea estate and majestic mountains. The homely breakfast provided added a delightful touch to my mornings. The peaceful pool area surrounded by greenery created a serene atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The overall ambiance of the resort is inviting and tranquil, making it an ideal escape for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature.
The property is at a very scenic location. Rooms are big and bright, with contemporary decor and have a great view, especially the mountain view with balcony where we stayed. Mayb some of the biggest rooms compared to other resorts in the area. The service is good too. The pool is a really nice infinity pool with spectacular view and water was maintained at a good temperature. It is a proper 5 star standard property. The breakfast variety was pretty decent too.
Marsim Holiday Resort is located in main road which is very convinient to reach. Resort owner Mr.Ibrahim is a very nice person with good communication, he guide us to reach different tourist attractions in Wayanadu. the resort is very beautiful and best value for money, it is very clean and neat, food is also available just beside the resort kitchen facility is also in each and every Villa,, the location is good for reaching different locations.
Stayed here for 3 nights and I would personally recommend this place to stay if you are visiting Wayanad. Clean rooms, Nice view from the house (Tea estate and you can also see Chembra range). Close to most of the places you would visit and daily needs. Roney sir was just awesome. Always available for your needs during the stay. Very well within budget.

The property is excellent in terms of location, amenities and hospitality. The entertainment activities were also good and so are the activities at the resort. There is alao a lovely trek that one can go for just ourside the resort. We spent 4 days at the resort and were not bored even for a single minute
The room is very basic but comfortable and affordable room. Homelymeals available on demand. The owner is very helpful and will sort you out with your plans and any travel arrangements, just speak to him and he willprovide the best options.

The owner is very friendly and of helping nature. The stay was very clean and the location is easily accessible as it is next to the highway and the nearest market is just 1 km from here. It is a perfect budget stay. Worth the cost.
Nested in remote location. Surrounded with full of greenery. This property is 2 months old and is in developing stage. I wish there will more amenities added in near future. Over all it's a pleasant stay.
Excellent resort for a budget stay, nice ambience .rooms were clean and food was tasty. There is a small water park in the pool. So my kid had wonderland experience. Overall it was a nice stay
