The people and their hospitality. All the staff were very kind, supportive and extremely respectful specially Mr. Sudesh. Our cab broke down on the way to hotel and we were waiting on road if any taxi could give us lift & thats when A car stopped and coincidentally it was from Summit Le Royal & Mr. Sudesh was there and he took us to hotel.

Well I have been visiting the Queen of the Hills eversince I was a kid. So it was only fair for me to take my kids this time around. Although I had myself returned after about 14-15 years and found nothing changed.

The ropeway up to Jakhu temple was a welcome sursprise though!

Not advisable to stay in Shimla. It is too crowded in summers, traffic jams everywhere. Shimla is not clean also. So it is always advisable to stay at a place near Shimla. That way stay will be peaceful and one can enjoy nature also.

It was an excellent trip. We stayed 3 nights. Its quite relaxing. The room was veru clean, spacious . Staff was very humble and supportive. Kitchen services were excellent. The head care take Mr Vikas was attending personally and was so polite and familiar. Wish him success n aashirwad.

Beautiful city and amazing to see the British side of things. 2-3 days is max to stay in Shimla. Lots of places to choose from to eat and drink. Beware of the monkeys on the street specially if you are holding food. The train track and the Viceregal lodge was my favourite and being a Christian the two church was beautiful to see and still being used.

Cleaning.parking. service.co operation.mountain view and wifi .I have great experience at hanu vatika shimla. One of the best property to stay with family. Highly Recommend to take guidance from Anand Sharma Host of the property.
Family suit (2HK with balcony) is the best accommodation for family. We have feel like a home away from the home. Thanks hanu vatika to make our trip Awesome. Mall road is 10minute walking from hotel . Memorable Moments for us .

Great Hotel to stay in Shimla. Near to Mall road. Mall road is easily approachable through local bus or taxi. We stayed for 2 nights here. Breakfast was having almost everything from North Indian dishes to South Indian dishes including Pasta too. Clean rooms, great staff, tasty food. They surprised us with Live music and bone fire on Sunday night. Everything was just perfect. One thing i would like them to improve is their wifi speed.
From the moment we arrived the staff at Auckland hotel made us feel like family. Their attention to detail and willingness to the extra mile wear commendable. The hotel pet friendly policy was huge plus for us. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the hills. Being so close to Mall Road allowed us to immense ourself in the vibrant atmosphere we could not have asked for better stay.
Ashoka Inn is located 10 Mins walk from the main city center of Shimla, you can walk, nice mountain views from the hotel, the staff is very helpful rooms are clean it a new property opened just on 01 June, clean beds very nice. The Manager Mr. Sudesh Sharma is very kind & helpful and can always be reached at 9805213446.
In terms of location, Hotel Victory is conveniently situated, making it easy to access key tourist attractions in Shimla. Whether it was a quick trip to the Mall Road or a leisurely hike in the surrounding hills, everything was within a reasonable distance, adding to the overall convenience of my stay.
