I like everything of my stay but after staying for 10 days no upgrade, no free laundry & the day I checked out 6:00am they offered complimentary breakfast… they should have done one day before & I would have definitely taken.
Left one bag and my cap is MISSING… if it had been an ordinary cap I would not make a hue & cry but this cap I watched Australian Open Melbourne 2024 & had bought it. The Manager called Manish said he would check CCTV but till now not found. As you can see my photos I came & donated 24 lakhs for building a monastery & then my husband played tennis match & won & distributed his prize money to the ball boys.

It's good for one day stopover. You could visit Surya Sen park or Mahananda Sightseeing and chill there in the evening. ISCON temple will disappoint you unless you are a devotee. If you are a shopaholic, Hong Kong Market is a place to be. Baishaki Mela can be fun too.

Well-connected by Rail, Road and Air with the key metros of India, Siliguri is also an important entry point for some of the world's most spectacular trekking and mountaineering routes.
Good budget option in Siliguri, this hotel is located pretty centrally in the middle of local markets and offers decent rooms at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean by Indian standards. It was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff are welcoming and helpful. They arranged a tuktuk for us and even gave us an early morning wake-up call to catch our train! I would recommend for an overnight stay while in transit and would stay again if in the area.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything was exceptional. The staff were kind and professional. Lady named Alina at the reception was very polite and helpful. Little guy named Tshering Wang at the restaurant was very sweet and cordial. We would definitely come back to this place again if ever we drop by to Siliguri in future and will recommend to our friends and family.
I stayed at this hotel on my way back from Darjeeling, and it was a very good decision. The hotel is really beautiful and is surrounded by a tea garden, allowing me to take a morning walk through the tea garden, which was a beautiful experience and highly recommended.
The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was good.
I have been staying at Gupta's hotel whenever I visit siliguri and they never disappoint me in any way. Staff and their behaviour is always top class with the management special thanks to (MR NOOR) for all the help he provided me with . We had travelled 3 hours by car from Darjeeling after a dreadful hotel stay there. Left a day early to travel to Siliguri to make sure close to airport for flight following day. The Courtyard was like moving from hell to heaven. Every aspect perfect. Wonderful facilities, beautiful room, food exceptional, superfast laundry service. Staff wonderful.
