I thought I was staying at a hotel next to the airport. This was the only reason for booking there (my flight got in at 02.00, and I wanted somewhere to crash before going on to Hyderabad itself). It’s actually 4 miles from the airport, and in an area where there seem to be a few cheap hotels and not a lot else.

Their promises on the website were completely flaunted. There was no hot water for shower, no towel, soap, drinking water, dust-bin, lift, A/C, staff.
The bed spread and pillow covers were dirty.
This so-called hotel should not be allowed to function defrauding innocent travelers.

The highways are excellent.
The highways are excellent. But once you step out of the highway the roads are pathetic, full of potholes. There are flies everywhere, the place is not hygienic. Most of the nearby restaurants are not attractive to visitors.

Don't book rooms from booking.com as I have seen what they promise we don't get that. They showcase different and when you reach property you will not get the facilities reflected in their app. When I went to for chekin they didn't allow me and I have to wait for 2 hours

The street I stayed was teeming with professional beggars who were not averse to cursing you when you asked them why they were asking for money shamelessly. The whole place is noisy and dusty. There is good street food and some excellent restaurants, but I would not say the place is lovely. There was even a prepaid Airtel office where the person cheated me five hundred rupees and never recharged the phone. Since I was in a hurry, I could not go back. Not a nice place and some people there cannot be trusted. People are a bit too rude.

hotel did not allow me to check it even after having booking.com confirmation and simple rejected the confirmation and said that the hotel having no room at this moment. so i stayed nearly by hotel. so bad front staff
It's very near to airport Zone Shamshabad renovated property They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

We were reaching Hyderabad very late at night and just needed some place to spend the night, so we chose this hotel near the airport. It was worth its money, good for 1 night, hot water to take shower and bed to sleep.

Location and safety . Very close to Airport.opposite to commissioner office and police station. Hyderabad famous biryani in airport Bawarchi restaurent serving awesome food.
Nice place to stay 1 night only. Very close to the airport (10mins). I had long stop between my flights, so it was right choice to go and sleep some hours in Shamshabad.
They haven't given us room by saying booking.com won't be applicable in their hotel and were so rude about room stating they will give room who pay them lot.
