We had an excellent stay in Raj Palace. All the staff was very helpful. Chef was very good. He went out of his way to make us lovely food. Food was yummy. Reception staff was very good and very helpful.

my trip was for ranthambore tiger reserve. but all the tiger reserve visitors need to be educated about the DOs & DON'Ts in forest. out of 4 canter safaris, in 3 canters the fellow travelers were casual & not bothered about etiquettes to be followed in forest. such tourists should be handed over few mths ban

The greatest attraction is the tiger safari. I travelled between 27th December and 29th December 2023. It was really very cold, given the fact that I am from the city of Kolkata. The jeep or canter that came to collect us. i.e. the travellers from their hotels for the morning slot, came at around 6.15 am. These jeeps/canters are open on the top and on the sides. The wind gusts when these jeeps/canters travel fast through the roads surrounded by natural vegetation/forests in early morning send shivers. IN such winter days, one must be properly covered, particularly with woolen coats, sweaters, socks, shoes, woolen caps, mufflers and preferable monkey caps with as less skin exposed as possible. In rainy seasons, one must carry umbrellas when they board the jeep/canters in case it rains.

It was very hot at this time. Otherwise, Sawai Madhopur is very good. Can find easily transportation, restaurant, and hotel,s. The chopati for getting food is very excellent every one should enjoy at least once.
For safari visits only open jeep or canter is available. So in this hot season, it is very difficult to visit a safari.
The hotel is set in beautiful gardens with comfortable outdoor seating areas, and my room had a small sitting porch. The manager coordinated my jeep safari and payment, and he also provided a small space heater during an unusual cold spell when I inquired. The food at the hotel is delicious, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Hemraj was particularly kind and professional…always ensuring that I had everything I needed in the dining room. The hotel is clean and very fairly priced.
The best thing about this property is the staff, they are all so welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.I have to make a special mention of Mr Sanjay, restaurant manager. He was amazing, and went to extra lengths to ensure there were particular foods available for my daughter (such as lactose free milk) - even getting the chef to prepare the same meal we had but chilli free.
The hotel is peaceful and spotless. Rooms are spacious and kept beautifully clean.

Salman and Saif do a great job in making you feel comfortable there. You can ask them for everything you need and they help you with it.
We went to the Ranthambore fort with Saif and that was one of the best experiences. Saif is a really kind young man and explained us everything about the fort and also took us to his favourite spots in the fort.
Very nice homestay - exactly what we were looking for while going on a safari. Nice "camping" atmosphere. Great bonfire in the evening. Rooms are large and comfortable. Proprietor Kalponika is very nice, easy to chat with and provides a personal touch. Best thing about this place is the staff who are all very helpful and considerate and the meals are absolutely delicious and plentiful.

Its a very friendly place to stay. The guys know what they are doing and do it well. Ranthambore is a unique place where one spends time doing safari's and all the other time is spent in the hotel. Do not forget to take your swimming gear as the pool is a great place to spend some time and get some exercise.
Bagh Serai hotel is located reasonably near the main entrance of the Ranthambore park. The hotel seems surrounded by the Savana and let you dream of being in Africa while being in a comfortable and clean structure. Very well maintained and picturesque, as every room has its own tiny private pool. Excellent
The staff was simply brilliant, coordinating for safari with the hotel was super smooth and the food (just take there buffet and enjoy ) and if you are a non vegetarian and enjoy a good mutton , order the laal maas with tandoori/baajre ki rooti . Drove down from gurgaon, plenty of parking space .

The hotel is new and it is very luxurious. The food is really good and fresh. The service is also very good. For us it was absolutely the best hotel we stayed in in India. It is located just by the nationalpark, so if you want to go for a safari we can definitely recommend this place to stay!

Hotel ambience was very good. The Manager of the hotel and the staff were courteous and very helpful. The cleanliness and hygiene was good. They also arranged bonfire and local Rajasthani folk singing. Food was awesome.
