This is a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Patna. What I most like about it is the extraordinary friendliness of the staff. Incredibly attentive.
The facilities are in excellent condition, the room spacious and very clean and the food delicious. The breakfast was an immense buffet
One staff member stands out, the Front Desk manager Mr. Rashaun. He is always standing in the lobby, constantly watching that guests are being treated well and receiving all the help and service they require.
