Our stay was a great experience as always. We have been returning back to this property for years and it has been a gratifying experience.
Here are some highlights:
Front Desk - The front desk team managed by Rizwan along with Akshat, Alish, Pranay and Ruchita have done a great Job by providing excellent service including upgrades and shown flexibility with late check outs.
Housekeeping - Bhupendra, Nii and Tannu are the best housekeepers and they give attention to smallest details.
Restaurant - Siddhesh, Prakash, Mohsin, Taufir, Tejal and Nishant have been very attentive and exceptional. They ensured that our recipes were customized as per our needs.
Siddhesh took extra efforts to provide customized menu.
Restaurant has taken bold initiative to serve local fish this year.

And as per your advice and agreed communication to me through Booking .com that you will refund but minimum 2 days stay must be there and now you charged me all 4 days, if its fare then I must convey others guest about your great policy just to grab money even guests were checked out.Great Jo

It's a nice, clean, organized city.
It's a nice, clean, organized city. A bird watcher's paradise as a lot of migratory birds can be found. Good mix of restaurants, with a healthy sprinkling of famous chains. Beautiful views of the Vashi Creek, the winding roads and mountains.
Navi Mumbai is nothing like Mumbai. It is quieter and more organized, but you may miss the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. Getting to Mumbai from Navi Mumbai on any given day is a 1.5-hour drive or by train it should take you 2 trains/1 train and 2 hours.

Well planned city with wide roads, clean and felt less congested than other cities. Lots of great shopping areas including malls. Good food at the malls. Transport is not a problem at all! Our stay was comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable.
Each time we got back to te hotel at the end of th day, the reception staff kept asking us again and again where we are going and who we are. Very unprofessional behaviour. Besides that the washrooms are unclean and unhygienic. The location of the hotel is amazing, but the staff needs intense training in customer care and hospitality. this hotel is not meant for families.
The management team were exceptional and resolved the matters at check-in a most timely and professional manner. As a solo traveller, the front desk team and management team were most helpful with my travel plans to Mumbai and in and around Navi Mumbai, where I felt at a complete loss not having travelled solo to Mumbai before. Thank you all.
The room size was very good. We stayed in presidential suite room. we had been staying in same hotel since 3 years everytime we visit navi mumbai but this time the staff was not very much interested in serving. other than just one guy on 17th floor from house keeping and concierge guy everybody was rude or lazy or uninterested.
It was the best hotel at this price... The rooms were so clean and good. It's up to the mark as a fabulous hotel and the staff was soo good 😊 all having a help full nature. Breakfast quality was good.. I enjoyed my Stay . I hope I will book the same hotel for my next stay . All over ratings out of 5 ⭐ I will give it 4 ⭐
